NEET UG 2025 Application Form

NEET UG 2025 is the national wide undergraduate medical entrance exam organized by NTA (National Testing Agency). NEET UG has replaced the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT) and all individual medical exams conducted by states or colleges.  NEET UG 2025 Eligibility Criteria

NEET UG 2025 Registration and Application Form:

• NEET UG 2025 application must be filled and submitted online mode only.
• Each candidate is required to submit one application only.
• Candidates should take every care while filling up of the application form with correct details. However, an opportunity will be afforded to carry out corrections, if any by making a correction window available in April 2025. 
• The submission process consists of various steps.
• In the first step, candidates must register online with their email ID and mobile number.
• The details of the candidate to be filled in the application form online, and upload scanned photograph and signature.
• In the next step, candidates must make payment of the fee, obtain a printout of the application and payment receipt, for future reference.
• Candidates are required to choose 3 examination centres.
• Before commencing filling up of online application, candidates must keep all the documents like (1) Scanned copy of Passport size photo (2) Marks Memo of the qualifying examination (3) Reservation category Certificate (4) Signature scan copy (5) Scanned copy of left thumb impression of the candidate (6) Valid Personal ID Proof. Candidates must resize these documents in accordance with the sizes/dimensions specified by NTA for uploading successfully.
• Candidates must choose the medium of examination (question paper) carefully, as this cannot be changed later.

Step-1: Online Registration and Application form

NEET UG 2025 Registration: Fill in the details like the Candidates Name, Father and Mother Name, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, valid email id and mobile number, security pin. Click on submit.

NEET UG 2025 Application form:

1. Fill the contact details, domicile details, and qualification details like name & address of school/college, the board of qualified/qualifying examination, percentage of marks etc.

2. Choose the language of the exam.

3. Choose three choices according to the candidate’s preferences for the exam centre.

4. Choose security question and password, and then enter security pin and Submit/Next.

5. A preview of application form is shown, verify the details and then click on Final Submit.

6. The registration number will be displayed once successfully submitted.

Step-2: Upload Images

Upload the scanned quality images of photograph, signature.

Photograph: 10 KB to 100 KB in JPG format

Signature: 3 KB to 20 KB in JPG format

A preview of images is shown once the candidate is proceeding in step by step. Click on Upload button to finally upload the images.

Step-3: Application Fee

The application fee can be paid through

    i) Credit/Debit card/Net Banking

   ii) e-wallet/E-Challan payable at HDFC, SBI, ICICI Banks of various service providers.

Step-4: Confirmation Page

Take the print out the application form after the fee payment along with the confirmation page.
