GITAM GAT 2025 Online Application Form has been started on their official website. GITAM GAT 2025 application form can be filled and submitted by 10th May 2025. GITAM GAT 2025 online examination is scheduled to be conducted from 20th May 2025 to 26th May 2025.

• Candidates appearing for GITAM GAT 2025 must have passed the 10+2
• Candidates must have to clear the 10+2 exam with a minimum aggregate score of 60% in Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics together.
• The first rank holder of central and other state boards is eligible for direct admission into the GITAM University.
• For all Undergraduate Courses – Must have passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or 12^th) from a recognized Central/State Board or its equivalent.  Minimum percentage requirement mentioned against each course.
• For all Post Graduate Courses, candidates must have obtained 50% in the qualifying examination in their respective UG degree (common to all courses).

1) Candidates can fill out the GITAM University Application Form 2025 in online mode only.

Online Mode: The candidates are required to fill it on the official website of the GITAM University www.gitam.edu

2) Candidates are required to register for GITAM GAT 2025 and fill in the application form online.

3) Login and fill in the required details in the application form.

4) Pay the application fee of Rs. 1000 /- through online mode i.e., Credit / Debit Card, Net Banking and complete the payment process.

5) Take a printout of the application form for future reference.

 Below are some of the important points that the students should note before attempting the questions:

• It is a computer-based (CBT) Test with objective type of questions (multiple choice)
• The duration of the Examination is 2 hours.
• For Engineering UG Courses, there will be a total of 100 questions in three (3) Sections with a total mark of 200. However, a number of questions and marks vary from exam to exam.
• Two marks will be awarded for every right answer. No negative markings for wrong answers.
• There will be no negative marking.

Documents to be carried with GITAM GAT 2025 Admit Card

GITAM GAT 2025: General Instructions to Candidates

• Every candidate is required to register his/her name at the registration counter in their allocated Test Centre for verification of the e-hall ticket.

• Candidate must produce one of the following personal identifications:
  • Passport
  • Driving Licence
  • Voter ID Card
  • PAN card
  • School or College Photo bearing ID Card
  • Aadhar Card
• Every candidate shall be allotted a seat with a Computer. Candidates are required to occupy his/her seat at least 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the test.

• Candidates are not allowed to carry with them into the examination hall, any kind of textual material or any other material printed or handwritten, except an e-hall ticket.

• Candidates are not allowed to carry with them into the examination hall, calculators, slide rules, Clark tables, Electronic Watches having a calculator facility, laptop or palmtop computers, personal stereo systems, walkie-talkies sets, Mobile Phones, paging devices or any other object/device that is likely to be of unfair assistance.

• Once the examination commences, no candidate shall be allowed to leave the examination till the completion of the entire duration of the test.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited, and candidates are required to observe absolute silence.

• Candidates are to note that all actions of them shall be closely monitored through CCTV cameras. Any kind of conversation gesticulations or disturbance inside the examination hall shall be viewed as misbehaviour and candidature shall be cancelled and liable to be debarred from continuation of the examination.

• Candidates are required to sign the attendance sheet in the presence of the Invigilator.

• In the event of a technical failure of the computer allocated to the candidate, (which is most unlikely to happen), such of the candidate will be required to appear on the test again.

• The final list of Test Centres, Venues, days and dates of the test will be announced after all the applications are received and candidates will be informed of the same through the GITAM website (gitam.edu) to enable the candidates to choose their test centre, date and time for the test as per their convenience and availability of slots.

• Candidates are required to choose 2 Test Centres in order of preference in the application for consideration by GITAM.

• Question paper will be in English and no translation for any other language will be provided.

Tips to Aspiring Candidates to Crack GITAM GAT 2025

GITAM GAT 2025 is a university-level entrance Examination.  GITAM is a prestigious University, and many students crave for seeking admission to this University into different courses at all three Campuses Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru.  So, there is stiff competition among the aspiring candidates intending to get admission into this popular Deemed-to-be University of GITAM.   Given its demand, GITAM GAT 2025 has turned out to be a challenging task for the candidates to secure the highest marks in GITAM GAT 2025 to get admission into their intended course.

So, hard work, a strong academic background right from the 10^th standard itself, and sincere efforts with planned preparation are essential to secure the highest rank in GITAM GAT 2025,

Following are a few tips for guidance to the candidates.

• Candidates must understand the syllabus concerning their course/subject chosen and the exam pattern of GITAM GAT 2025.

• Keep a hard copy of the complete syllabus till the date of examination and go through the same from time to time to ensure that no topic is missed.  By the topics in the syllabus select/procure suitable study material or books.

• Draw a timetable covering the entire syllabus leaving at least a month for revision of the entire syllabus of Class 12 before the examination dates. Leave at least a fortnight for GITAM GAT 2025 for revision of the syllabus.  Students must utilize the time available beyond their school timings right from 10^th class onwards and learn to focus on their studies without any distractions.

Then the student should start solving the problems.  Such an approach will enable the student to understand problem-solving in a logical way that will help in solving problems correctly in the GITAM GAT 2025, within the timeframe.

• List out doubts/clarifications required on the topics and seek help from the Seniors or Faculties from time to time.

• Students can also consider joining a crash course, which will help them to master the subjects in a planned strategic manner with appropriate guidance from the faculties.

• Another important tip for the students is to avoid distraction from the main goal of preparation for the examination. Strong determination alone helps the students to avoid diversion from attention or focus on the main goal.

• Studying non-stop for long hours would deplete the productivity of the students. Hence, students are required to take this into account while preparing their timetable to ensure that there will be a minimum “recess time” to refresh themselves before commencing the next session of study. No doubt, students tend to study for long hours before examinations.
• To enhance productivity, it is a must to rest or relax at defined intervals, which does not mean watching the blue screen.  Students should relax by doing short workouts or meditation etc. which will enhance their concentration on the study.
