VITEEE 2025 Admit Cards

VITEEE 2025 Admit Cards registration process will be completed in the 4th week of February 2025, and the slot booking process will start in March 2025.

How to download the VITEEE 2025 Admit Card?

1) Candidates enter their application number.

2) They have to create a password and click on Login.

3) After Login, Admit card will be displayed on the screen.

4)  Take a printout of the Admit card of VITEEE 2025. 

VITEEE 2025 Exam Results

VITEE results shall be announced in the month of June 2025

Step 1:  Go to the official website of VIT, www.vit.ac.in.

Step 2:  Chose any of the links (Link 1 or Link 2) given near “VITEEE - 2025 - Results"

Step 3:  Enter the Application Number, Date of Birth and Capta.

Step 4:  Check your Results, Score Card, Merit List, and Rank List in the next page open.

Step 5: Download your Results.

VITEEE 2025 Counselling

The commencement of Counselling process with dates will be announced soon on the official website of VIT. VIT will conduct the VITEEE 2025 counselling/seat allocation process based on the ranks obtained by the candidates in the exam. Following is the Counselling procedure to be followed by the Candidates qualified in VITEEE 2025:

• At first, the candidates must pay a non-refundable counselling fee of Rs. 5900/- on the counselling official website. The payment must be done before the due date specified for each phase of counselling. 

• Next, the candidates must fill in their choice of course and campus in online mode. The choice filling must be done in order of preference. Candidates are advised to fill in as many as 25 choices to get confirmation of allotment.

• Seat allotments will be released online by VIT authorities. Candidates must check their allotment by logging into the official website using their application number and password.  Seats will be allotted based on the ranks obtained by the candidate, availability of seats and choice exercised by the candidate.

• Upon getting the allotment of a seat, candidates must pay part of the fee before the stipulated date. Failure to pay requisite pay before the last date leads to cancellation of admission.

 Counselling Procedure:

• The counselling for the allocation of branches to the short-listed candidates is based on their All India Rank in VITEEE.
• Common selection and Admission will be done through a single window counselling at the Vellore and Chennai campuses for all the B.Tech programs offered on both campuses of VIT University.
• Candidates shortlisted for VITEEE counselling should also attend the same in person either in the Vellore or Chennai campus.
• To take care of possible absentees, the number of qualified candidates has been kept at more than the number of seats available.
• Based on the availability, the candidate will be allotted a branch. Candidates should check the VIT website for information on counselling.
• No change of date/time of counselling is permissible.
• If the mark statement of the qualifying exam has not been received before the date of counselling, the candidate would have to furnish an undertaking stating that if he/she fails to qualify as per the norms, it would lead him/her to forgo his / her seat.

Submission of Documents at the Time of Counselling :

The candidates should produce the following documents in original along with one set of photocopies while reporting for VITEEE counselling. Candidates will not be allowed in the counselling process without these documents:

• Photocopy of Provisional Admission letter
• Admit card and VITEEE 2025 Result copy
• Valid Proof of date of birth – X Class or SSC Certificate
• Marks Memo of qualifying examination
• Transfer Certificate
• Migration Certificate (if issued by the board)
• Community Certificate (For SC/ST only)
• Nativity Certificate (For candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir and the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura)
• Recent passport size colour photos - 4 Nos.
• Affidavit to be signed separately by Student, Parent and Hostel on a Rs. 20/- non-judicial stamp paper. (Format available on VIT website)
• Certificate of Physical Fitness (Format available on VIT website)
• 2 sets of photocopies of all original documents (Except Affidavits / Physical Fitness Certificate / Student Profile)

VIT University will follow the single-window admission system for the allocation of candidates for all the B.Tech. Programmes offered in Chennai and Vellore campuses of the university. The allotment of seats in VITEEE 2025 will be done based on the rank of the candidates in the Entrance Examination. Candidates regularly check VIT's official website www.vit.ac.in

TIPS FOR CRACKING VITEEE 2025

All Engineering Colleges under the umbrella of Vellore Institute of Technology, a private Deemed University are most popular in India.  VIT, Vellore is recognized as an Institution of Eminence (IoE) and is known for its innovation.  Many students crave to get admission to these Campuses.

The VITEEE exam has assumed much importance given its great demand and has turned out to be a challenging task for the candidates to secure the highest rank/marks in VITEEE  2025.  The biggest task before a candidate is to target his/her efforts to enhance his/her thinking capacity, speed of learning (if there is limited time) and power to retain whatever is learnt, to unravel the candidate’s potential for the best possible results.

So, hard work, strong academic background right from the 10^th class itself, and sincere efforts with planned preparation are essential to secure the highest marks in VITEEE 2025.  The following few tips may help candidates to prepare well and enhance their chances of success in the impending VOTE 2025.

• Candidates must understand the syllabus and exam pattern of VITEEE 2025

• Keep a hard copy of the complete syllabus till the examination and go through the same from time to time to ensure that no topic is missed. By the topics in the syllabus select/procure suitable study material or books.

• Draw a timetable covering the entire syllabus leaving at least a month for revision of the entire syllabus of Class 12th before the examination dates. Leave at least a fortnight before VITEEE 2025 for revision of the syllabus.

• Carry out appropriate analysis/review of your study pattern find out loose ends/mistakes and make adjustments/corrections accordingly.

• It is always advisable to make notes of all topics being studied for revision purposes.
• Time Management in solving the problems/answers is more important. So, focus on mock tests/solving previous question papers setting prescribed time limits and ensure to learn time management which will eventually help in the main examination.

• Set appropriate goals by dividing one topic at a time and accomplishing them on a daily basis. Though the syllabus initially appears to the candidate as voluminous, over time, with accomplishing the goals every day, one can understand that the entire syllabus can be covered successfully before the examination.

• Students should first attempt to study the theory part and understand the same thoroughly. Then the student should start solving the problems.  Such an approach will enable the student to understand problem-solving in a logical way that will help in solving problems correctly in the VITEEE 2025, within the timeframe.

• List out doubts/clarifications required on the topics and seek help from the Seniors or Faculties from time to time.

• Students can also consider joining a crash course, which will help them to master the subjects in a planned strategic manner with appropriate guidance from the faculties.

• Another important tip for the students is to avoid distraction from the main goal of preparation for the examination. Strong determination alone helps the students to avoid diversion from attention or focus on the main goal.

• Studying non-stop for long hours would deplete the productivity of the students. Hence, students are required to take this into account while preparing their timetable to ensure that there will be a minimum “recess time” to refresh themselves before commencing the next session of study. No doubt, students tend to study for long hours before examinations.
• To enhance productivity, it is a must to rest or relax at defined intervals, which does not mean watching the blue screen.  Students should relax by doing short workouts or meditation etc. which will enhance their concentration on the study.
