IPU CET 2025 Application Form Procedure

• IPU CET 2025 application form will open in April 2025.
• The University will release the application form online mode.
• Candidates can apply for more than one course by submitting a separate application form for that.
• To fill out the application form, firstly candidates have to register themselves by entering their name, mobile number, email ID, gender, date of birth, and course.
• There is no need to send the hard copy of the application form to the University.

IPU CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The foremost Eligibility Criteria for applying for IPU CET 2025 is that the candidates should be a class 12th pass recognized by CBSE Board or equivalent.

The respective course-wise eligibility criteria are as follows.

 For B.Tech:

• Candidates must have passed 12th Class of 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent.
• Candidate must secure a minimum aggregate of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics
• Candidates must have passed English as a subject in the qualifying exam.
• The age of the candidate should not be above 21 years on August 2025.

For BCA:

• Candidates must have passed 12th Class of 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent.
• Candidate must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying exam.
• Candidates must have passed English and Mathematics (or Computer Science or Informatics Practice or Computer Applications) as the subjects in the qualifying exam.
• The age of the candidate should not be above 21 years on August 01, 2025.

For BBA:

• Candidates must have passed 12th Class of 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent.
• Candidate must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
• Candidates must have passed English as a subject in the qualifying exam.
• The age of the candidate should not be above 21 years on August 2025.

For MBA:

• Candidate must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in bachelor's degree or must have passed the final examination from any of the following institutes - Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England, Institute of Company Secretaries of India
• The age of the candidate should not be above 35 years on August 2025.

For MCA:

• Candidate must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in bachelor's degree.
• Candidates must have passed English & Mathematics as the subjects in the 12th Class of 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent if the bachelor's degree is not B.Tech, B.E., BIT, BIS, BCA.
• The age of the candidate should not be above 35 years on August 2025.

For LLB:

• Candidates must have passed 12th Class of 10+2 pattern of CBSE or equivalent.
• Candidate must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying exam.
• Candidates must have passed English as a subject in the qualifying exam.
• The age of the candidate should not be above 21 years on August 2025.

IPU CET 2025 Exam Pattern

Mode of Examination: The test paper for all CETs will be conducted in offline mode.

Question Paper Type: The questions paper will be of objective type (M.A. (English) will have essay type questions and M.Phil (English) is of subjective type).

Number of Questions: All CETs will contain 150 questions (except B.Tech Biotechnology which will contain 200 questions. Also, paper-1 of M.Phil will contain 100 objective-type questions).

Medium of Question Paper: The medium of the question paper will be English (Except B.Ed for which the paper medium is English as well as Hindi).

Exam Duration: The test will be of 2 hours 30 minutes (except B.Tech Biotechnology (3 hours)).

Negative Marking: Negative marking of 1 mark will be done for each incorrect answer.

Marking Scheme: Each right answer will be credited with 4 marks.

IPU CET Exam Pattern 2025

IPU CET 2025 Syllabus

• IPU CET syllabus for B.Tech will contain topics from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects of class 11th and 12th syllabus of CBSE.
• For each CET or course, the syllabus is different depending on the discipline.

IPU CET 2025 Admit Card

All candidates must possess their IPU CET 2025 Admit Card while appearing for the entrance test.

• IPU CET 2025 Admit Card can be downloaded from the university website just 7 days prior to the CET exam date.
• Applicants can download IPU CET 2025 Hall Ticket by using their login and password.
• The applicants must carry two hard copies of the admit card, with passport-size photographs on it, on the day of the exam.
• Candidates must preserve the Admit Card of IPU CET 2025 till the time of counselling/admission
• For non-receipt of admit card, the Office of Controller of Examinations (Operations) at GGSIP University, Sector 16 C, Dwarka, New Delhi 110078 can be contacted 5 days prior.

IPU CET 2025 Counselling

Candidates who qualify for the IPU CET are required to participate in the counselling process for seeking admission based on the candidate’s performance and merit in CET 2025 in their respective programs. The IPU counselling schedule will be displayed one week before the commencement of counselling.
