KEAM 2025 Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical Entrance Examinations is a common entrance test in Kerala conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala for admissions into the Engineering, Agriculture, Medical, Forestry, Veterinary, Fisheries, and Architecture courses offered by Government, Private and Self-financed Colleges across the state of Kerala. CEE also conducts entrance exams for other courses like LLB, LLM, MD Homoeo, MDS, MD Ayurveda, etc. The number of students who participate in KEAM every year exceeds one lakh fifty thousand. KEAM 2025 online applications start in February 2025.

How to Apply:

1) Visit the KEAM 2025 official website and register with the required details.

2) Once registered, the candidate can log in using his/her generated application number and chosen password.

3) Fill out the application form with relevant information in all the required fields and upload the images of the photograph & signature with the given specifications and other relevant documents.

4) Pay the application fee and submit the application.

5) Candidates need to take a printout of the application for future reference.

1) Candidate must be an Indian citizen or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)

2) Candidates must have passed or appeared 10+2 or Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized Board.

3) Candidates who are appearing for the qualifying exam are also eligible, provided they have to submit the pass certificate with at least above mentioned percentage.

4) Must have scored at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination in PCM Subjects for Engineering, PCB SUbjects for Medical, 12^th (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized Board for Architecture.

1) Mode of Exam: Pen & Paper based

2) No. of papers: There will be two papers

3) Duration: 2 ½ Hours

4) Types of questions: Questions will be objective type.

5) Each question carries 4 marks.

6) There is negative making and 1 mark will be deducted for every answer.

7) Subjects for engineering are Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

KEAM 2025 engineering entrance exam syllabus is comprised of subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics of Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent.

KEAM 2025 TEST CENTRES:

The Centre of Examination for KEAM 2025 will be allotted as per the choice exercised while filling up the application form. Every candidate can choose maximum of 3 Test Centres.  The following table provides the details of Test Centres with Code Numbers.

KEAM 2025 Admit Cards:

• KEAM 2025 admit cards will be made available from 10th June 2025 through online only
• Candidates can download Admit Cards by entering their Application Number and Password on the official website of cee.kerala.gov.in A printout of the Admit Card must be obtained.  Candidates to note that CEE does not send Admit Cards by post or courier to the candidates.
• Admit Card provides the details of the Venue of the Examination & Time Table

KEAM 2025 Declaration of Results:

• On completion of the KEAM 2025, CEE will publish the Answer Keys of both Papers of Engineering on the official website of cee.kerala.gov.in, and the same will be notified in leading newspapers.

• Candidates can register complaints on answer keys with CEE in writing by paying a fee of Rs.100/- per question by way of a Demand Draft in favor of CEE, payable at Thiruvananthapuram within 5 days from the date of publication of the answer keys.

• All Complaints shall be resolved by an Expert Committee constituted by CEE. Based on the merits of the complaints, suitable modifications will be made to the answer keys, and marks awarded accordingly.

KEAM 2025 Rank Cards:

There will be separate Rank Cards (Lists) prepared by CEE, as mentioned below:

1. Engineering Courses
2. Architecture Course
3. Medical and Medical Allied Courses (other than BAMS)
4. BAMS Course
5. Pharmacy Course

Equal weightage of 50:50 shall be given to the scores obtained in the KEAM 2025 for Engineering (Paper I and II together) and marks obtained in the final year of the qualifying examination for the subjects Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry together after effecting the standardization procedure as per rules in vogue.

KEAM 2025 Counselling:

Counseling for the qualified candidates through KEAM 2025 will be held by the Centralized admission process by the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE) for admissions to various undergraduate courses in Government, Private and self-financed colleges.  Seat positions for different courses will be notified by CEE.

In the first stage of the online Counselling process, students listed in the rank list alone are eligible to join.  Candidates are required to register their options in the online mode only in a single stream or multiple streams accessing through the students portal before the stipulated date decided by CEE.  Registration of Options can be made by using the roll number of KEAM 2025, Key Number, application number, and password by following the set procedure.

In the second stage processing of online options will be carried out by the CEE and release final allotment of seats to successful candidates.  The schedule will be notified by CEE separately.  Allotment of seats to the candidates shall be based on the Rank in the merit list/rank cards, options exercised, and availability of seats.  Consequent to the allotment of seats, successful students are required to remit fees for the course as specified by CEE before the stipulated date.

Candidates who could not figure in the first round can participate in the second round of allotment of seats.

After getting the seat allotted, candidates have to report before the Principal/Head of the Institution concerned for admission on the dates notified by the authority concerned along with the following documents, in original for verification:

(a) Certificate as proof of date of birth.

(b) Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended and Conduct Certificate.

(c) Original mark list of the qualifying examination (Higher Secondary or equivalent) and the Pass certificate of the qualifying examination (if issued).

(d) Eligibility certificate from any University in Kerala, in the case of candidates who have passed a qualifying examination other than the Higher Secondary Examination/ Vocational Higher Secondary Examination conducted by the Government of Kerala or the examination conducted by CBSE and CISCE.

(e) Migration Certificate, if applicable.

(f) Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII (a) or XVII (b) of the Prospectus 2025 issued by CEE.

(g) Receipt of fee remitted.

(h) Data sheet of KEAM 2025.

(i) Admit card of NEET-UG-2025(if applicable)

(j) Allotment Memo issued by the CEE.

(k) Any other documents required in the allotment Memo/Notification.

(l) Originals of all the documents and certificates uploaded with the online application.

TIPS TO CRACK KEAM 2025

KEAM 2025 is a state-level examination for all candidates seeking admission to Engineering Courses viz., B.Tech, B.Arch, Agriculture, Medical (MBBS), Medical Allied Courses, and Pharmaceutical Courses (B.Pharm) in most popular government/private Colleges/Institutes/Universities in Kerala State.  Many students desire to get admission in these Colleges/Universities in Kerala. Hence, KEAM 2025 has assumed much importance in view of its great demand and has turned out to be a difficult and challenging task for the candidates to secure the highest rank/marks in KEAM 2025.

The biggest task before the candidates is to target his/her efforts to enhance thinking capacity, speed of learning, and power to retain whatever learned to unravel their potential for the best possible results.

So, hard work, strong academic background, and sincere efforts with planned preparation is essential to secure the highest marks in KEAM 2025.  The following tips may help candidates to prepare well and enhance their chances of success in the impending KEAM  2025.

• Candidates must understand the syllabus and exam pattern of KEAM 2025
• Keep a hard copy of the complete syllabus till the examination and go through the same from time to time to ensure that no topic is missed. In accordance with the topics in the syllabus select/procure suitable study material or books.
• Draw a timetable covering the entire syllabus leaving at least a month’s time for revision of the entire syllabus of Class 12th before the examination dates. Leave at least a fortnight’s time before KEAM 2025 for revision of the syllabus.
• Carry out appropriate analysis/review of your study pattern and find out loose ends/mistakes and make adjustments/corrections accordingly.
• It is always advisable to make notes of all topics being studied for revision purposes.
• Time Management in solving the problems/answers is more important. So, focus on mock tests/solving previous question papers setting a prescribed time limit, and ensure to learn time management which will eventually help in the main examination.
• Set appropriate goals by dividing one topic at a time and accomplish them on daily basis. Though the syllabus initially appears to the candidate as voluminous, over time, with accomplishing the goals every day, one can understand that the entire syllabus can be covered successfully before the examination.
• Students should first attempt to study the theory part and understand the same thoroughly. Then the student should start solving the problems.  Such an approach will enable the student to understand problem-solving in a logical way that will help in solving problems correctly in the KEAM 2025, within the timeframe.
• List out doubts/clarifications required on the topics and seek help from the Seniors or Faculties from time to time.
• Students can also consider joining a crash course, which will help them to master the subjects in a planned strategic manner with appropriate guidance from the faculties.
• Another important tip for the students is to avoid distraction from the main goal of preparation for the examination. Strong determination alone helps the students to avoid diversion from attention or focus on the main goal.
• Studying non-stop for long hours would deplete the productivity of the students. Hence, students are required to take this into account while preparing their timetable to ensure that there will be a minimum “recess time” to refresh themselves before commencing the next session of study. No doubt, students tend to study for long hours before examinations.
• To enhance productivity, it is a must to rest or relax at defined intervals, which does not mean watching the blue screen.  Students should relax by doing short workouts or meditation etc. which will enhance their concentration on their studies.
