AP PGLCET 2025 Notification Pradesh Common Law Entrance Tests for admission into LL.M Courses in the Universities of AP PGLCET 2025 is Andhra Andhra Pradesh and their affiliated colleges. Interested in law Want to become a highly paid advocate Then you have to pass a common entrance test for law conducted for the candidates aspiring to get admissions in law courses and build up their career in law. AP PGLCET 2025, Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test being conducted this year by the Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council for Higher Education (APSCHE).

Candidates can apply online through the official website.

• Click on APPGLCET Exam 2025 Application form
• Then select the course in which you want to get admission
• Now an application form will display on your screen
• Now submit it after filling in the details

Application Fee and Payment

• The registration fee is Rs 600/-
• The fee may be paid at any AP Online centers and also through Payment Gateway (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking)

The following information must be kept ready for filling the details during the Application form

1. Hall ticket number / Year of passing, place of study, the percentage for the qualifying examination
2. Study details for up to Degree / Intermediate
3. Personal details and Address for correspondence
4. Caste in case of SC / ST / BC candidate.
5. PH, NCC, NSS, CAP, Sports, etc.
6. Study or Residence certificate for proof of local status.

AP PGLCET 2025 Eligibility

In order to appear in this entrance exam, candidates first satisfy the important eligibility criteria. The important eligibility clauses are as follows:

• Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Law from any recognized university
• Candidates, who are in the final year examination for a bachelor's degree in law, may also eligible to apply for this exam.
• There is no provision for an age limit for appearing in this examination
• The maximum mark requirement is 45% and above at their undergraduate level.

AP PGLCET 2025 Exam Pattern:

The entrance test for AP PGLCET 2025 is purely based on online mode. The paper consisted of 120 objective-type questions having multiple options. The time duration is for 90 minutes. Every question consisted of four different options; choose the right one out of them. Every correct answer means 1 mark addition. There is no negative marking. The Paper will be in English language only.

Marking scheme:

Cut-off marks: The qualifying cut-off marks in the entrance test consisted of 25% marks.

        Part-A

• Jurisprudence: Schools of Jurisprudence - Sources of law, Custom Precedent and Legislation, Rights and Duties- Ownership and possession, Persons, Obligation, Property, Liability, Legal sanctions.

• Constitutional Law: Nature of the Constitution, Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles of State Policy, Executive Judiciary and Legislature, enter-State Relations Emergency Provisions, Amendments to the Constitution.

         Part-B

• Public International Law: International law and Municipal Law, Subjects, State Territory, Air, Sea and Outer Space, Nationality and  Statelessness, Extradition, Asylum, State Jurisdiction, United Nations.
• Mercantile Law: General principles of contract (sections 1-75, Indian contract ACT-1872).

Labour Law

Trade Union Act 1926, Industrial Disputes ACT 1947.

Crimes:

India Penal code -General Principle and General Exceptions.

Torts:

General  Principles of  Tort, Defenses, Joint Liability, State Liability for torts, Consumer Protection Act 1986.

IPR and Other Laws

Copyright Act,1957, Patents  Act,1970; Environmental Protection ACT,1986; Human rights, The Protection of human rights ACT, 1993, Salient Features of Information Technology, Act, 2000 and Right to Information Act 2005.

How to download PGLCET Admit Cards 2025

1. Log in to the official website http://www.aplawcet.org
2. Click on the “Download Hall tickets" link
3. Enter the details of "Application Number and Date of Birth
4. Clicking the button "Get Hall ticket".
5. Candidate hall tickets will be displayed.
6. Save it, download it and print a copy.

AP PGLCET 2025 ADMIT CARDS

The candidate should verify all the information on the admit card. If any issue is found, then get it corrected with the concerned authority.

The candidates are required to carry the admit card to the examination hall. Without it, you will not be allowed to enter the examination hall. It is also very important to document for the further admission processes.
