CHECKOUT IMPORTANT DATES
AIMA - Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT) is a National Level Examination conducted annually by the All India Management Association (AIMA). This test is conducted to screen capable candidates for admission in various courses such as BBA, BCA, Integrated MBA, BHM, B. Com, etc. The information and score of the applicants are given to the institutes, colleges, and universities opted for by the candidates.
The last date for UGAT 2025 Application process. Applicants can fill the application form through both the online and offline mode. Candidates need to make payment of INR 750 to register for the exam. Following is the explanation of both the modes:
Offline Mode
Students can obtain the UGAT 2025 Bulletin with the Registration form from the listed institutes or from AIMA, Lodhi Road New Delhi against cash payment of amount INR 750.
Students can also obtain the Bulletin and Application form through post by sending DD of amount INR 750 to AIMA.
The DD should be drawn in favour of “All India Association Management payable at New Delhi. Along with the DD, Students also need to attach two self-addressed slips.
Online Mode
Students can obtain the online application form by making a payment of amount INR 750/-.
The fees can be paid through online mode via Credit card/ Debit Card, Net Banking, DD.
Mode of Exam: The exam will be held as a Paper-Based Test
Type of Questions: It is an objective type test.
Duration: The exam duration for IMBA, BBA, BCA, BHM, etc will be two hours & for BHM will be three hours.
Negative Marking: No marks will be deducted for a wrong answer.

Candidates are advised to go through each and every topic of the syllabus for clearing the examination with better marks. The paper is divided into 4 sections i.e. English Language, Numerical & Data Analysis, Reasoning & General Intelligence, and General Knowledge.
English Language: Verbal Reasoning, Sentence completion, Fill in the Blanks, One-word substitution, Contextual usage, Syllogisms, Sentence correction, Idioms, Analogies, Different usage of the same word, Antonyms, Jumbled paragraphs, Foreign language words used in English.
Numerical & Data Analysis: Geometry, (Lines, angles, Triangles, Spheres, Rectangles, Cubes, Cone, etc), Number system, HCF & LCM, Algebra, Ratios and Proportion, Work and time, Percentages, Averages, Profit & Loss, In-equations Quadratic and linear equations, Geometric progression, Partnership (Accounts), Time-Speed-Distance,
Reasoning & General Intelligence: Coding & Decoding, Visual reasoning, Pie Chart, Puzzles, Arrangement, Strong Arguments, and Weak Arguments, Multi-dimensional arrangements, Course of Action, Graphs representing Area, Series, Family tree, Numeric grid, Blood Relations, Critical Reasoning, Calendars, Syllogisms, Statement Conclusions, Column graphs.
General Knowledge: Government and Politics, Famous Personalities, Business, Economy, History, Geography, Static GK, Current affairs.
Candidates can download UGAT 2025 admit card from the official website of AIMA from May 2025. Admit card contains the information related to the candidate’s name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date and Test Venue Address. Students are advised to bring a valid UGAT 2025 hall ticket to the examination center.
Steps to download UGAT 2025 admit card: -
Candidates need to affix two photographs similar to the one uploaded on the application form. They have to attest the photographs on the admit card by any Gazetted Officer or the Head of the Institute where the candidate has passed or going to pass.
Candidates can check UGAT 2025 Results in last week of May 2025 in online mode only. Authority will also send the separate copy of scorecard along with the photograph by post to the registered address.
Steps to download the UGAT 2025 Result:
After clicking on the button, the result will be displayed on the screen. Students can download and take the printout of the result for future reference.
After the declaration of the result, various management institutions accepting UGAT will release their cut-off. Those students who have selected more than the cut-off marks will be shortlisted for the further selection process. The selection process is comprised of Group Discussion and Personal Interview rounds.
After clearing the entrance examination, candidates have to participate in the counselling process organized by various institutions. Candidates must be physically present at the time of counselling otherwise seats will be allocated to another candidate. Applicants have to bring the following list of documents at the time of counselling for verification.
