AP ICET 2025 - Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test is a common entrance exam conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). AP ICET is conducted for admission into postgraduate degrees of Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) in various University Constituent and Affiliated Colleges present in Andhra Pradesh state. Online application forms for AP ICET 2025 will be available from April 2025.
Application Fee:
General candidates: 650/- (before the prescribed date)
OBC: 600/- (before the prescribed date)
SC/ST: 550/- (before the prescribed date)
Late fee : 2,000/- Rs.3,000/- & Rs.5,000/- depending on the date
Mode of Payment: Online Payment using Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking.
1) Visit the official website and select the Fee Payment tab which navigates to the Payment Gateway.
2) Enter the details like Name, Hall Ticket Number, DOB, Mobile number, Email ID etc, and click on Initiate Payment.
3) Enter Card Details or Net Banking Details and click on Make Payment to pay the fees.
4) Check the Payment Status.
4) Proceed to the Application form and fill in the personal and academic details.
5) Upload the photograph (.jpg or .jpeg of <50Kb) and signature (.jpg or .jpeg of <30Kb).
6) Submit the application and take a printout for future reference.
1) The candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
2) The candidate should satisfy the local/unreserved status as per the requirement laid down in the AP Educational Institutions Order 1974 Regulation of Admission.
3) The candidates must satisfy the requirements of the University concerned where the candidate seeks admission.
4) Must have studied and passed a 3-year Degree course in any faculty conducted by the Universities or its equivalent Degree Examination in the 10+2+3 pattern as recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC) for admission into MBA course.
5) Must have studied and passed a degree of 3 years duration with Mathematics as one of the subjects at Intermediate or Degree level for admission into MCA Course.
6) Must have obtained 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate in the qualifying examination.
7) Candidates in their final year degrees are also eligible.

Candidates can download the hall tickets from the official website of AP ICET 2025. Hall tickets are expected to be issued from September 2025. Hall tickets will contain information regarding the candidate and test date, time, and venue. Hall Tickets will not be sent by post or mail.

Candidates who have secured 25% qualifying marks in APICET 2025 (50 OUT OF 200) and candidates belonging to the categories of SC/ST to whom qualifying marks have not been prescribed shall be assigned the rank in order the merit based on marks obtained in APICET 2025.
For the preparation of the merit list, in case more than one student scores the same marks, the tie will be resolved as under:
The application correction window will be activated after the last date of application. Candidates can make changes in areas such as a qualifying exam, medium of instruction, place of study, mother’s name, birth state and district, gender, community, special category, local area status, annual income, study details, address, mobile number, Aadhaar details, etc.
Candidates are not permitted to edit details such as their name, father’s name, date of birth, signature, photograph, and hall ticket number during the correction process. However, they can send a request to the convenor of AP ICET through email along with documents such as an SSC mark sheet, scanned photograph, signature, and admit card of the qualifying examination.
AP ICET authority will release the Preliminary Key in September 2025. The candidate can match his/her answers with the key and estimate the result. If a candidate finds any error in the key, he/she can raise objections to the key.
AP ICET 2025 results are expected to be released tentatively in June/July 2025 (yet to be announced). Score/Rank card will be available on vidyavision.com. Candidates can check and download the AP ICET 2025 results and rank card from the AP ICET 2025 official website.
Candidates will be called rank-wise for AP ICET 2025 counselling. Candidates need to register and pay a non-refundable counselling fee. There will be certificate verification and candidates must submit a Xerox copy of the certificates. After the counselling procedure, all candidates must choose the colleges through web options.
Documents Required during Counselling:
1) The Candidates, who wish to apply for AP ICET 2025, must apply through online only.
2) It is essential to visit the allotted Examination Centre well before so that the candidate can complete all pre-examination formalities settle down at the allotted seat within the prescribed time and attempt the examination without anxiety or stress.
3) The candidate will not be allowed to take the exam even if late by 1 minute. late
4) EThe exam is conducted online mode.
5) Any rough work should be done on the rough paper given by the invigilator and candidates must drop the rough paper in a box before leaving the exam center.
6) The question paper contains questions in English and Telugu media.
7) Affix a recent colour photograph (3.5cms x 3.5cms) in the box provided (Bottom – Left side) on the “FILLED IN ONLINE APPLICATION FORM and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of the college where studied.
8) The candidate must submit a printout of the “FILLED IN ONLINE APPLICATION FORM” to the Invigilator in the Examination Hall on the day of the exam.
9) The candidate belonging to SC / ST category must submit an attested photocopy of the “CASTE CERTIFICATE” along with the “FILLED IN ONLINE APPLICATION FORM” to the Invigilator on the day of the AP EAPCET (EAMCET) 2025 exam in the Examination Hall, in case, the Application number of his/her Caste Certificate is not provided at the time of the Online submission of the Application.
11) Candidates are not allowed to carry with them to the examination hall any textual material, Calculators, Documents, Slide Rules, Log tables, Electronic Watches having the facility of calculator, printed or written material, bits of paper, mobile phone, pager, or any other electronic device, except the Hall Ticket, documents required for submission to the Invigilators.
12) All Calculations/writing work is to be carried out only in the rough sheet provided at the Centre. The rough sheet must be handed over to the Invigilator after the completion of the examination.
