NEET MDS Exam Pattern

The National Board of Examinations – NBE has released the notification for NEET MDS 2025. NEET MDS is the only official entrance exam in India for admission into Postgraduate Dental Courses - MDS. 50% of Medical PG seats of Medical Educational Institutions of Central Govt., Universities established by an Act of Parliament, Armed Forces Medical Services Institutions, Deemed Universities, Medical Institutions and universities established under an act of state governments and Private Medical Colleges are reserved for recruitment under NEET PG.

 NEET MDS Application Form

• NEET MDS 2025 shall be held on a single day & a single session only.
• The syllabus for the exam shall be that of BDS standard and shall cover all the subjects/syllabus taught during the BDS course as prescribed in the DCI Revised BDS Course Regulations, 2007 as amended from time to time.
• The examination shall be a multiple choice questions test delivered using a computer network (CBT) as per the scheme prescribed.
• The exam comprises 240 Multiple Choices, and single correct response questions in English language only. Time allotted 3 hrs.
• Negative Marking: There shall be 25% negative marking for incorrect answers. No marks will be deducted for unattempted questions
