For all Undergraduate Courses – Must have passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or 12th) from a recognized Central/State Board or its equivalent. The minimum percentage requirement mentioned against each course below:
A candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Intermediate Course. In the case of the CBSE and ICSE board, the aggregate 55% must be secured.
National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) marks of 70 out of 200 total is the minimum qualification for B.Arch. Further, the candidate must have passed the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, or the candidate must have passed the 10+3 Diploma exam.
Candidates must have scored a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent) with Biology (Botany and Zoology), Physics, Chemistry and English as Subjects.

For all Post Graduate Courses, candidates must have obtained 50% in the qualifying examination in their respective UG degree (common to all courses).
Candidate must have passed any bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
A candidate must have passed a Bachelor of Architecture degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.
A candidate must have passed a B.Sc Nursing course from an institution recognized by the Indian Nursing Council with a minimum percentage of 55% in aggregate.
About GITAM GAT 2025
The Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management conducts GITAM GAT for admission to various B.Tech programmes offered by the institute in its Bengaluru, Visakhapatnam and Hyderabad branches. The GITAM GAT 2025 will be held online across 48 exam centres. To participate in admission to B.Tech programmes, candidates will have to fill out and submit the application form for GITAM GAT 2025 and appear in the entrance exam.
