KMAT 2025 Registration/Application Form:

Pre-requisites:

• Candidates desirous of appearing for KMAT (KARNATAKA) 2025 need to first check their eligibility criteria before attempting to register for the Test.

• KMAT (Karnataka) 2025 is available in online mode from the date to be announced by the Testing Authority.

• Application for KMAT 2025 is the same for MBA/PGDM courses and MCA Courses. The candidates need to select their desired course during the process of filling up of the application.

• Candidates must ensure that the name being entered in the application form for KMAT 2025 is exactly matching with the name mentioned in the Documents.

• Candidates are required to keep the following documents ready before attempting to register for KMAT (Karnataka) 2025:

o Valid Email ID
o Valid Mobile number
o Academic Marks Sheet (Class 10th to Graduation)
o Date of birth certificate
o Address proof card (Aadhar/driving licence etc)
o Case Certificate, in case of reserved categories
o Credit Card/Debit Card or Net banking credentials
o Scanned JPG/JPEG file of Passport Size recent photograph and signature in the prescribed size mentioned in the table below:

• To determine and keep the Test Centre details ready. Option for one test centre is allowed.

Following is the detailed process of registration of application for KMAT (KARNATAKA) 2025:

• Candidates first need to visit official website of KMAT Karnataka 2025 and click on new registration.

• To fill in the basic details of the candidate like Email ID, Mobile Number etc., and enter submit button.

• After verification of the Password sent to the registered mobile number, to log in with the created credentials.

• In the next step, candidates are required to fill in all required details like personal, academic details, address, category (SC/ST/General), Examination Centre etc and submit.

• To upload Passport Size photograph and signature in the in the stipulated size and format as mentioned above. Reserved category of candidates must upload the certificate they belong to.

• In the next step, candidates will be navigated to payment of fees window. Candidates need to select the payment and make the payment accordingly.

• Once transaction is carried out successfully, the candidate will get the fee receipt which should be saved, and a printout obtained for future reference.

General Instructions for KMAT (Karnataka)

KPPGCA has defined guidelines and instructions to fill the application form for KMAT. It is advised to follow the same in order to successfully register themselves for the exam. Listed below are the instructions as per the conducting authority:

  • Name: Candidate’s name as mentioned on the School Leaving Certificate.
  • Nativity: Select an appropriate option to confirm the nativity. Candidates who do not belong to Karnataka state by either Birth or Domicile, click on the option - Non Karnataka candidate.
  • Choice of Test Centre: Select preferred test centre city from the list of cities provided. One must take note, that once the city is selected changes will not be allowed.
  • Gender: One needs to tick the appropriate gender.
  • Applying for: Select the test for which one is appearing. Wrong option will result in incorrect processing of KMAT score.
  • Date of Birth: Enter the Date of Birth in DD/MM/YYYY format in the space provided.
  • Stream: Select the stream in which the graduation degree is obtained
  • Address: Write complete postal mailing address including the first name in CAPITAL LETTERS. Failure to write complete address might result in non-receipt of postal communication if any.
  • Photo and Signature: Candidates have to make a scanned copy of Passport Size Photograph (Max. 500 Kb) and Signature (500 kb) before they start the registration for KMAT.
  • Candidates who are applying for either MBA or MCA have to make an online payment of INR 1000
  • Candidates who want to take up both MBA and the MCA test will have to register for each test separately. Two separate Hall Tickets will be issued.
  • It is advised to make a photocopy of the application form as proof of acknowledgement.
