The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEE) online application form is available tentatively from 24th December 2025. The WBJEE 2025 application form has to be filled with all of the required information and submitted tentatively by the 2nd week of January 2025. It is necessary for all candidates to successfully submit the filled WBJEE application form 2025 as unregistered candidates will not be allowed to participate in the entrance examination which will be held on April 2025. WBJEE 2025 Application Form

Candidates need to follow the below-given steps to fill WBJEE online application form:

Registration of candidates for WBJEE 2025

• Candidates in the first step must enter their details like (1) Name (2) Father’s Name (3) Mother’s Name (4) Date of birth (5) Gender (6) Identification type and number (7) Present and Permanent Address (8) Mobile Number (9) Email ID etc
• Candidates are to exercise caution while entering the above details (1 to 5 and 7) as they cannot be changed/edited/modified under any circumstances.
• In the next step, candidates are required to create a password, choose a security Question/Answer, review and submit the registration.
• Then an application number will be generated and appear on the screen. Candidates would also receive the application numbers via SMS/Email submitted by them.
• Application number, Password, and security question must be remembered which can be recovered only through Forget Password by answering the security question.

Application for WBJEE 2025:

• Now, it is time for the candidates to fill up various other information required like domicile status, Category (General/SC/ST etc) family income, religion, nationality, academic details etc.
• If candidates have also applied for JEE (Main) 2025, they are required to enter the details of the application number of JEE (Main) 2025.
• In the next step, candidates need to choose Zones of Examination per their choice and submit the application.

WB JEE 2025 Uploading of Images:

Candidates in this step are required to upload their recent colour photograph (10 to 200KB) and signature (4 to 19 KB) in JPG/JPEG file.  All other documents which are required to be uploaded (certificates/marks memo etc) must be in PDF format in the size of 50 to 300 KB).  All these images and documents (scanned) should be uploaded all at once.  SC/ST/OBC or any other special category of candidates availing fee concession must upload relevant certificates in the prescribed format at the time of Counselling, failing which their candidature will be canceled.

WBJEE 2025 Application Fee

Candidates need to pay the WBJEE application fee of INR 500 plus the Bank's Service Charges to complete their application process. Candidates are allowed to make fee payments in online mode (Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking).

WB JEE 2025 Confirmation Page:

On successful completion of the above steps, candidates in the next step will be directed to download the “Confirmation Page” indicating that the submission of the application is complete.  Candidates have to obtain a printed copy of the confirmation page and save it for future reference.

WBJEE Application Form Correction

Sometimes candidates make small mistakes in application forms which at times lead to rejection of their application forms. To minimize the chances of cancellation of applications, WBJEE allows candidates to correct their mistakes. But they are allowed to do it at some specific time. The WBJEE examination board will announce the dates of the WBJEE application form correction, which will most probably be in the second week of April 2025.

Information candidates can update or change during the WBJEE application form correction process:

• Spellings
• Gender
• Category
• Any uploaded document

No changes or corrections will be accepted after the last date. Candidates will be allowed to change details in the application form only once a day.
