WBJEE Counselling 2024: Registration deadline extends, apply by July 21

The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has extended the registration deadline for the WBJEE 2024 counselling process. Students can now fill out the registration form by July 21. Students interested can register on the official website –  wbjeeb.nic.in/wbjee

To register, students need to provide their application or roll numbers, and academic and personal details. They also need to pay a registration fee of Rs 500. Both the payment and choice-filling must be completed by July 21. The results for the first round of seat allotment will be announced on July 23.

The students who have scored a rank  Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2024 are also allowed to register for the counselling process. The WBJEE 2024 counselling process comprises three rounds:  allotment, upgradation, and mop-up.

The last date to complete the payment of the seat acceptance fee and document verification and admission (reporting to allotted institutions) is between July 23 and July 29 and the result for the second round of seat allotment will be out on July 31.

The results for the first round of seat allotment will be announced on July 23. Candidates who receive an allotment and have chosen not to upgrade or are allotted their first choice must pay the seat acceptance fee and report to the allotted institutes for document verification and admission between July 23 and July 29.

The second round of seat allotment results will be declared on July 31, followed by the payment of the seat acceptance fee and reporting to the allotted institutes for fresh allottees from July 31 to August 3.

The Mop-up round for WBJEE counselling will start with registration, payment of registration fees, and choice filling from August 5 to August 7, candidates will have the option to modify and lock their choices till August 7.
