OJEE 2025 Application Form

Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) is a state-level entrance exam through which admission in many degree courses like integrated Engineering (LE), MBA, M Pharm, M Arch, M Plan, etc. courses are provided. OJEE 2025 application form will be available online mode only. How to Apply for OJEE 2025

Before filling up the OJEE 2025 Application form, candidates must check the eligibility criteria of OJEE 2025. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply online mode at the official website only. The OJEE application Form process goes through five steps.

• Apply for OJEE Online Registration
• Fill out the online OJEE Application Form
• Upload Scanned Images
• Pay Examination Fee
• Download Confirmation Page

Appy for OJEE Online Registration

• Log on to OJEE's official website

• Click on the application form of the desired course ( Anyone from FORM 1 to Form 5)

• Click on "New Registration"

• Fill in the required fields of basic details like Name, Parent details, Identity proof details, address, DOB, etc.

• Create Password

• Click "Submit"

• A Registration number will be shown on the screen which should be noted down and will be used for all further admission processes.

Form A: Integrated MBA / B Pharmacy

Form B: Lateral Entry (Engineering, Pharma) and B.Sc.(LE)

Form C: MCA/MBA

Form D: M.Tech/ M.Arch/M.Pharm/M.Plan)

Form E: MBA & MCA, MBA & PGAT

Fill OJEE Application Form

• With the Registration number received and password, log in to the OJEE Application Form from the OJEE official website
• Fill all the required fields of information like Academic details, Category, Income, Contact Details

Upload Scanned Documents

• Upload the scanned images of coloured photographs, full signatures and left-hand thumb impressions.
• All the documents should be in JPEG/JPG Format

Image Size & Dimensions:

• Photo - 5kb to 99KB - 3.5CM to 4.5 CM
• Signature - 5kb to 50KB - 3.5CM to 1.5 CM
• Left Thumb Impression - 5kb to 50KB - 3.5CM to 1.5 CM

OJEE Exam Fee Payment

• After uploading the required document, Fee payment is the next step.
• For fee payment, registration number/application number is required.
• OJEE Application fee payment can be done through Debit/Credit Card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards/ net banking.

OJEE 2025 Application Fee

• For form A, B, C, D - Rs. 1000 /-
• For form E - Rs 1500 /-

Downloading Confirmation Page

• After the fee payment, the candidate has to download the confirmation page.
• The final confirmation page is the acknowledgement of the OJEE Application form
• The confirmation page will be used in the further OJEE admission process

However, at the time of document verification process during OJEE 2025 counselling, candidates have to show all the documents claimed in the application form. Claim for admission will be rejected if the candidate cannot submit the original certificates, mark sheets and other necessary documents at the time of document verification or if one has filled the form wrongly.
