OJEE 2025 Admit Card

OJEE 2025 Admit Card will be released in April 2025. Candidates who have successfully registered for OJEE 2025 will be issued admit cards by the Odisha Board. They can access the Admit Card for OJEE 2025 by downloading it from the official website www.ojee.nic.in. No student will receive the admit card by post.

Aspirants can log on to the official website and enter their Registration Number and Password to download the admit card. Each applicant must have 2 copies of the admit card which should be brought to the exam to the exam center. No applicant will be allowed to enter the exam center without their hall ticket. Admit cards will be verified by the invigilators. In case there is any discrepancy in the admit card, the organizing authority should be notified immediately.

How to Download OJEE 2025 Admit Card/ Hall Ticket?

Aspirants must carry 2 copies of the admit card, both of which will be duly signed by the invigilator. OJEE 2025 Admit Card can be downloaded by following these few easy steps:

• Log on to the official website of OJEE- www.ojee.nic.in
• Select the link ‘OJEE 2025 Admit Card
• Aspirants will be required to enter their login credentials on the page that opens.
• Enter the application number, password, and security pin.
• Admit cards will appear on the computer screen.
• Download the admit card and print two copies.

Documents required with Admit Card

Applicants must carry 2 copies of the OJEE 2025 Admit Card, 1 passport-size photograph (same as that used for registration), and original identity proof. They can get any one of the following documents as photo identity proof:

• Aadhar Card
• Voter’s ID
• College/ University ID
• Driving License
• PAN Card

Exam Day Instructions

• The applicants must follow some instructions to ensure the smooth running of the exam process:
• Candidates must reach their designated OJEE 2025 center an hour before the exam timing.
• Students will be allowed to enter the exam hall 30 minutes before the exam.
• They must bring 2 copies of their admit card, original identity proof, 1 photograph, and a black/ blue ball pen.
• Both copies of the admit card will be signed by the invigilator. Candidates must submit one copy in the exam hall and retain the other copy.
• No student should tamper with the admit card or change any entry made therein after it has been authenticated.
• OJEE 2018 Admit Card is not transferable to any other person. Any such act of impersonation will be legally punished.
• Aspirants will not be allowed to carry any materials like slide rules, calculators and log tables, electronic watches with facilities calculators, bits of paper, mobile phones, or pagers.
• Attendance will be taken by the invigilators on the attendance sheets and applicants will have to put their full signatures against their corresponding roll numbers. They will also be required to provide their left-hand thumb impression in the designated space provided on the attendance sheet.
• Students should enter their registration number, answer sheet number, and question series number against their roll number in the sheet that will be provided to them in the exam hall.
• No individual will be permitted to create any disturbance inside the examination hall. Any gesture or communication between students will be treated as a breach of rules and action will be taken accordingly.
• They can approach the Centre Superintendent/ Invigilator in the room for any technical assistance, first aid emergency, or any information regarding the exam.
• Aspirants will not be permitted to leave the exam venue before the exam time is concluded.
• Guardians, parents or friends accompanying the applicants will not be allowed inside the premises of the exam center.
