GPAT 2025 Application Form

GPAT 2025 is an entrance exam conducted by NTA for admissions into M.Pharmacy. Registration for GPAT 2025 starts in 2nd week of February 2025. Students who intend to appear for GPAT 2025 can see the detailed process of GPAT 2025 Registration and submission of the application form below.

GPAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

GPAT 2025 Registration and Application Form:

Pre-requisites for starting GPAT 2025 Registration:

i) All your qualification details.

ii) Scanned Photograph with white background. Size: 140 x 160 (≤60KB).

iii) Scanned Signature with white background. Size: 60 x 90 ((≤30KB).

iv) Valid e-mail id and mobile number.

Step-1 GPAT 2025 Registration:

1. Candidates who are aspiring to appear for GPAT 2025 must first register themselves using NEW USER.

2. Read the instructions carefully and then accept the declaration to proceed.

3. Enter the basic details carefully without any mistakes. Once submitted, the candidate cannot edit any data entered.

4. On successful submission, the candidate receives a unique 6 digit password.

5. Candidate can log in again from 'EXISTING USER link' by using his/her e-mail id and this unique 6 digit password.

Step-2 GPAT 2025 Payment:

Registration Fee: NON REFUNDABLE

• Registration fees can be paid through two modes Online Payment and CASH/SBI Challan.
• Online Payment: Credit/Debit card/Net Banking
• Once payment is successful, the candidate receives a confirmation e-mail and SMS. Candidate can proceed with the remaining process after he/she received the payment confirmation.
• CASH/SBI Challan: Cash payment can be done at any designated SBI branch using the challan generated with the candidate’s details already filled in it. Candidate needs to take 3 printouts of the challan and fill in the required details in all copies and pay the cash in your nearest SBI bank branch on the next day. The deposit will be accepted only from the next day of the challan generation. Bank gives candidates one copy of the challan with their stamp and Journal number. Before leaving the bank candidate must ensure the Journal number is clearly visible.
• Once the cash is deposited, it takes 48 hours to get updated in the registration portal. The candidate receives an e-mail and SMS confirming that his/her payment data has got updated in the registration portal.
• Candidates whose payment data got successfully updated can fill out and submit the rest of the form by March 2025.

Step-3 GPAT 2025 Application Form:

1. Once the payment is successful, the candidate needs to fill out the remaining part of the application form.

2. Fill in the remaining required details completely without any mistakes.

3. Candidates can VIEW/MODIFY his/her data in case of any errors only before submission.

4. Once all the details are filled out accurately, the candidate will have to accept a declaration and click I AGREE.

5. The system will re-confirm for SUBMIT. Once the application is submitted, the candidate cannot edit data.

6. Candidates see a message on-screen “Thank You for successfully registering for NTA GPAT 2025 Exam.
