Punjab University Common Entrance Test (PU CET) is a state-level entrance test. This is an undergraduate-level exam that is being organized for those of you who desire to take admission to Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma), BHMS, and B.Sc. The examination is conducted in offline mode and you would have to give the exam on the OMR sheet. This test is based on the Semester system and the individuals are admitted to different colleges depending on the courses selected for them. The individuals who select BHMS would be acknowledged in Homeopathic Medical College & Hospital and the individuals who select Bachelor of Pharmacy would be admitted to the University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Candidates have to complete the PU CET application form-filling process before the tentative last date as mentioned on the Punjab University website. The candidate has to make sure that the eligibility criteria are fulfilled by him or them based on the course he or she is applying for. The candidate has to fill out the PU CET application form online and then take a printout of the form.
Candidates will have to send the following additional documents along with the PU CET 2025 application form to the head office, Chandigarh before the last date:
Candidates must note that all the documents have to be self-attested. The application will be rejected in case the documents are not attached or the documents are deemed invalid.
Candidates must also note that the details once entered by him or her cannot be altered.

Candidates from reserved categories have to pay INR 880
Candidates can choose to pay the fee online (credit card/ debit card/ net banking) or via offline mode (SBI eChallan).

The syllabus will be based on the 12th standard. It will contain subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Computer Science, and Mathematics as per the course opted for by the candidates. Candidates must prepare well for their subjects of the qualifying exam.
Candidates will be issued the admit card after they have successfully registered themselves. Candidates can download the admit card from the respective official websites of PU CET UG 2025 and PU CET PG 2025. Candidates will need their login id and password created at the time of registration to get their admit card for PU CET 2025. The general instructions for the examination are on the back side of the PU CET 2025 admit card.
The results for PU CET 2025 will be declared tentatively in July 2025. Once the scorecard is made available online on the official PU CET 2025 website, the candidate can download his or score card from the website. No separate scorecards will be mailed to the candidates individually. PU CET score and merit list will strictly be based on the candidate's performance in PU CET 2025.
PU CET 2025 counselling process will be conducted online. Candidates must fill in their preferences online for admission to the various courses. The seats will be allotted based on PU CET 2025 Merit List. Some of the important points related to PU CET counselling are listed below:
