  IBSAT 2024 Application Process

ICFAI Business School Admission Test - IBSAT 2024 is an entrance exam conducted by ICFAI Foundation of Higher Education, Hyderabad. The students who wish to appear for the exam can purchase the application form for the IBSAT 2024 exam on payment of Rs. 1800. It must be noted that the IBSAT application form 2024 is common for all campuses. There are 9 ICFAI campuses across the country that offer MBA/ PGPM programmes to MBA aspirants. It is an online computer-based management aptitude test for 2 hours having multiple choice questions conducted at 100 test centres across the country.    IBSAT 2024 - Online Registration

  • Register yourself first before applying for the Application Form.
  • Click on the highlighted option saying “Click here to go to the registration form”.

Fill in the personal details

  • First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality,
  • Enter your contact details like Email and mobile number
  • Now, put the details regarding the Current Address and Permanent Address
  • First Line of Address, Second Line of Address, State, City, PIN Code

Review your application

In this stage, the applicant is allowed to review his application process. The applicant is allowed to make changes to his application form. Once finished reviewing the application form, click on submit. Once the candidate clicks on the submit tab, the application will be saved and proceed to the next stage i.e. application fee payment stage. changes are not allowed once the applicant submits after reviewing.

Make the Payment

  • Candidates of all categories need to pay the application fee of Rs.1800/-. You can remit the application fee through a Debit Card/ Credit Card or net banking.

Login using the Registered Email-ID

  • Enter the Registered Email ID and re-enter to confirm it and click on “Submit”. In case, you didn’t pay the application fee, then, you will be directed to the payment gateway.

Accessing the Application Form

  • After successful registration and transaction, you will receive the login details to access the application form-
  • Application Number
  • Password
  • Once you log in, you will be taken to the next section “Change your Password”.
  • Change your password and log in: You can set a new password and log in using the new password.
  • Thereafter, you will be directed to the “IBSAT 2024 Online Application Form”. 

Filling the Application Form

  • Profile Details: Name, DOB, Gender, Citizenship, Address, Email-ID and Telephone Number. Check the entered details and click on “Proceed”. You may click on “Back” to alter the details if necessary.
  • Past Academic Record: Details of School (Board, Year of Passing, Marks, Medium, Mode of study), Graduation Details (Duration, Year of Passing, Marks, Medium, Mode of Study, University Name, College, State and City of University), Post Graduation Details (University Name, Duration, Year of Passing, Marks (%), Medium and Mode of Study.
  • Upload the recent passport-size photograph: You must upload the recent coloured photograph as per the specifications mentioned below-
  • Image-Photograph
  • Format-JPEG/ GIF
  • Size-Less than 25KB
  • Pixels-140 to 160 Pixels
  • Specify the Way to Apply: You will have to specify whether you are applying through IBSAT 2024 or scores from 2024 onwards of GMAT/ CAT/ NMAT by GMAC.

Declaration and selection of the Test Centre

  • Post the filling of details in the application form, you will be taken to the declaration page.
  • Go through the declaration page and choose “I Agree” to confirm.
  • Click on “Submit” to proceed to the final page.
  • Profile Page: Log in using the Application Number and Password to open the profile page. Next, choose the test centre as per your preference for IBSAT 2024.

 

Once all the above-mentioned steps have been completed, the candidates need to accept a declaration statement affirming that the information entered by them is correct. Finally, the candidates need to click the ‘Submit’ button to save the data. Once successful completion of the IBSAT 2024 application form, the candidates will be issued the admit card. The admit card is a necessary document that must be carried to the examination centre.
