AP PGECET 2025 Application Form

AP PGECET 2025 is the Common Entrance Test conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada for admission into the PG courses in Engineering, Technology, and Pharmacy in the state of Andhra Pradesh. In this article, candidates can find out how to fill out the application form for AP PGECET 2025.

Application Fee:        NON-REFUNDABLE

Late fee Rs 250/- to 1,000/-

Mode of Payment:

The application fee can be paid via Online Payment using Credit/Debit Card/Net banking.

Application Form

1. AP PGECET 2025 Application Form will be completely online.

2. Application forms will be available from 9th March 2025 on the official website of AP PGECET

3. A model application form will be given on the website to guide the candidate.

4. The details of the courses offered by the Universities along with specified eligibility for each course and test to be written will be given on the AP PGECET 2025 official website

5. A candidate can apply for more than one paper, by paying a separate fee for each test/paper.

6. Fill out the application form referring to the given model application form. Once the application is submitted, it cannot be modified.

7. If there is any correction required in the data entered, contact the AP PGECET office.

8. Pay the application fees according to the no. of papers the candidate is attempting, in any of the modes mentioned above.

9. The candidate receives an SMS to his/her registered mobile number on successful submission of the application, so the mobile number is mandatory.

10. GATE/GPAT-qualified candidates will have separate application forms for admissions.

Documents Required

1) AP Online Transaction Id if payment made through AP Online centre

2) Credit/Debit card/Net Banking details if payment is being made through Payment Gateway

3) Hall ticket number of SSC or equivalent exam

4) Photograph: less than 50KB in JPEG format and signature: less than 30KB in JPEG format.

5) Valid mobile number

How to Apply Online

Following are the steps involved in submitting the application form online for AP PGECET 2025.  Candidates may note that before attempting to fill on line application, relevant documents etc., to be kept ready and duly scanned and candidates are also required to read the instructions in this regard on the official web site of AP PGECET 2025.

Step 1: Registration and Payment

a. Visit the official website of APSCHE and click on the Payment link.

b. Fill the relevant details like Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Email ID, Category, Qualifying degree etc.

c. Click on Proceed to payment and pay the fee via online mode using Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking.

d. Note down the transaction reference number.

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form

a. Click on Fill Application Form after successful payment of fee.

b. Fill in the relevant details like Address details, Educational details, Exam Centres etc.

c. Finally click on the Submit button.

d. Candidates will get the registration number.

Step 3: Payment Status

a. Candidates can check their payment status under the third step by entering the qualifying examination, Hall ticket Number and Mobile Number.

Step 4: Printout Application form

a. Candidates should obtain a printout of the application by entering required details like Registration Number, Payment reference number, Date of birth and Mobile Number for future reference.
