GUJCET 2024 Preponed to March 31, More Details Here

GUJCET 2024: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has revised the examination schedule for GUJCET 2024. Candidates who have registered for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) can check the new date here.

Originally, GUJCET 2024 was set for April 02, but the Board has rescheduled it to March 31, 2024. This change is due to the upcoming CBSE Board Exam 2024.
How to check the GUJCET 2024 Revised Schedule?

  • Step 1. Visit the official website at gseb.org
  • Step 2. On the homepage, click on the tab Board Exam'
  • Step 3. Now, click on the link that reads, "Regarding Change in Exam Date of GUJCE 2024"
  • Step 4. A PDF of the revised schedule will open on the screen
  • Step 5. Download and take a printout of the same for future reference

Exam Pattern

The Gujarat Common Entrance Test will consist of multiple-choice question papers. Physics and Chemistry questions will be combined, totalling 80 questions (40 for Physics and 40 for Chemistry). The test will be worth 80 marks, and candidates will have 120 minutes to complete it. The OMR Answer Sheet will have space for 80 answers. Biology and Mathematics question papers will be separate, each containing 40 questions. Candidates will be allotted 40 marks and 60 minutes for these sections. The OMR answer sheet for Biology and Mathematics will accommodate 40 answers each.
The exam papers will be available in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Candidates must specify their preferred language in the application.

The Gujarat Common Entrance Test is conducted for admission in Higher courses like Degree Engineering and degree/Diploma in Pharmacy Courses to the candidates who are going to appear/have passed HSC Exam Science Stream from other Boards will be as per the rules of the concerned Institution.
