UP Postgraduate Medical Entrance Examination (UP PG MEE 2025) has been replaced by NEET PG. Directorate General of Medical Education and Training UP organizes a counseling process on the basis of NEET PG (MD, MS, Diploma) 2025 & NEET PG MDS 2025 score. This selection test is conducted to offer admission to competitors like you in different postgraduate projects in Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) course

Through this process, candidates will get seats in the postgraduate medical/dental courses in government/private Institutions including central/state/deemed universities/minority colleges in UP. Here, candidates can check detailed information about UPPGMEE 2025.

UPPGMEE 2025 Application form

UPPGMEE Application Form 2025 is available online mode only.

The application form for counseling is announced in the last week of March 2025. In the online application form of UPPGMEE 2025, candidates are required to upload scanned images (photograph, signature, a certificate from the principal/dean of the college/University, and scanned handwriting sample).

Application Fee

The counseling fee of UPPGMEE 2025 will be Rs. 1000 common for both Govt. & Private Medical/Dental colleges/institutes/State & Deemed Universities. Candidates can pay the application fee online as well as offline mode. Online payment can be done via credit/debit card/net banking.

UPPGMEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

UPPGMEE 2025 eligibility criteria is discussed below:

  • Candidates must have passed MBBS/BDS course from a recognized medical/dental institution in Uttar Pradesh.
  • A candidate who is currently pursuing any postgraduate medical/dental course is not eligible for UPPGMEE 2025.
  • Only those Candidates who have passed MBBS/BDS from UP are eligible for PG admission in Govt./Pvt. colleges/state/deemed universities.
  • All such candidates who qualified for MBBS/BDS from outside of UP are eligible for admission only in private Medical/Dental colleges/Institutes/deemed Universities.

UPPGMEE 2025 Counselling

UPPGMEE 2025 counseling is conducted by the Director General of Medical Education (DGME), Uttar Pradesh. The counseling registration details are mentioned above. At the time of offer letter acceptance,candidates have to submit Rs.5000 (for Govt.Colleges/State Universities) & Rs1,00,000 (Private Medical/Dental colleges/institutes/Deemed Universities) as a security fee.

Documents required during the admission:

  • High School Certificate as proof of date of birth.
  • Mark sheets of all professional examinations.
  • MBBS/BDS passing out certificate or degree.
  • Compulsory Rotatory Internship completion certificate.
  • Permanent Registration Certificate (U.P. State/MCI/DCI). Employers relieving certificate if employed.
  • NEET PG 2025 Admit Card.
  • SC/ST/OBC/Physically handicapped certificate, if applicable.
  • Copy of Allotment letter (as downloaded).
  • Online registration proof.
  • Print out of candidate’s State merit place.
  • An identification certificate is mentioned in the application form.
  • Verification sheet of the Principal/Dean of the College/University concerned.
