Gujarat Common Entrance Test - GUJCET) 2025 is a state-level entrance exam conducted for admissions into graduate Engineering and Pharmacy courses in various government and private colleges in the State of Gujarat. GUJCET 2025 is organized and conducted by the Gujarat Secondary Education Board (GSEB). Students who wish to join engineering and pharmacy courses in their graduation have to qualify for GUJCET 2025.
Before registering and filling out the application form for GUJCET 2025, the candidates will have to pay the application fee at the designated help centers. Only after the payment is done, the User ID will be provided to the candidates which will be required during registration.
Obtaining User ID: The candidates will have to obtain a DD of Rs. 300 in favour of “Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell, Gandhinagar”. The fees have to be deposited at any of the designated help centers after which the candidate will be given their User ID.
Registration: Using the given User ID, the candidates will have to register themselves for GUJCET 2025.
Filling out the Application Form: The personal, exam, school, and board of the candidates will have to be filled in. All information submitted has to be according to the documents that is owned by the candidates.
Uploading of Documents: The photograph and signature of the candidates have to be scanned and uploaded as per the specifications required.
Submission of GUJCET 2025 Application Form: After reviewing all of the information submitted, the candidates will be able to submit their application form. Following the submission, the application number will be generated and sent to the registered email address of the applicant.
Candidates have to submit the prescribed application fee of Rs. 300/-. The fee mentioned here is as per last year's record, there may be changes in the application fee for this year.
To be eligible for admission, all candidates will be required to meet certain criteria which are set by the concerned authorities. Various eligibility criteria such as age, nationality, domicile, educational qualification and more have to be satisfied by the candidates. Ineligible candidates will not be allowed to participate in the admission procedure.

The standard of the entrance examination will be that of Higher Secondary or equivalent examinations. The syllabus of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology subjects will be of HSC level of the GSEB board. Candidates can solve previous years' question papers to get an idea about the type of questions asked in the exam.

GSEB will be publishing the admit card for GUJCET 2025 tentatively in the first week of April 2025. The registered candidates will be able to download the GUJCET 2025 admit card in online mode as well as obtain it through the post. The admit card is an important document that must be produced at the examination center. If the candidates are not able to bring the admit card, then he/she will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
GUJCET 2025 results are expected to be announced two or three weeks after the conduct of the examination. Candidates can check their results online through the official website of GSEB or by accessing our page. GUJCET 2025 merit list will be prepared by providing 60% weightage to the marks scored in theory subjects of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology and 40% weightage to marks scored in GUJCET.
The Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will conduct online counselling for all the selected candidates for granting admission. During counselling time, candidates can exercise their preferences for colleges. Seat allotment will be strictly based on the candidate’s merit, category and availability of seats.
