TG POLYCET 2025 Application Form
TG POLYCET 2025 is a State-level entrance exam for admissions into Engineering and Non-Engineering diploma programs in Telangana state. TG Polycet Exam 2025 is organized and conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Telangana. TG POLYCET 2025 online applications will be made available from 4th week of February 2025
TG POLYCET 2025 Application Form:
Application Fee: Rs 350 /- (Rs 200 /- for SC/ST)
Mode of Payment:
The application fee can be paid in two modes:
- a) Online Payment using Credit/Debit Card.
- b) TG Online Centres
Application Form
1) TG POLYCET 2025 Application Form will be completely online.
2) Application forms will be available from May 2025 on the official website of TG POLYCET.
3) A user guide will be given in the website to guide the candidate.
4) Fill the application form carefully without any mistakes. Once the application submitted, it cannot be modified.
Documents Required:
1) TG Online Transaction Id if payment made through TG Online centre
2) Credit/Debit card/Net Banking details if payment is being made through Payment Gateway
3) Details of SSC or equivalent exam like hall ticket number, year of passing etc
4) Personal details like category, address etc
5) Valid mobile number and email id
6) Scanned images of Photo and signature
7) Local Area status
How to Apply Online for TG Polycet 2025?:
1) Visit the official website of TG POLYCET 2025.
2) A user guide will be given in the official website, go through the user guide thoroughly and start filling out the application form.
3) Before filling out the application form fee must be paid through TG online center or through a Credit/Debit Card.
Payment through TG Online Centre:
- Candidates must visit the nearest TG Online center and pay the fees.
- Candidates have to provide the details like candidate's name, father’s name, mobile number, SSC hall ticket number, Date of birth, year of passing SSC, etc.
- Once the fee is paid, the candidate must receive the receipt from the TG Online Centre with his own responsibility.
- Visit the official website and select the tab “Paid through TG Online”, enter details of payment receipt like transaction id and others before filling out the application form.
- Once all the requisite details are entered click “Proceed” to fill out the application form.
Payment through Credit/Debit Card:
- Visit the official website and select the tab “Pay the fee using Credit/Debit Card”.
- Provide the details like the candidate's name, father’s name, mobile number, SSC hall ticket number, Date of birth, year of passing SSC, and card type (Visa/Master/Maestro).
- Pay the fee by clicking on “Make Payment”.
- Proceed to fill out the application form.
4) Provide detailed and authentic information like personal details, academic details like candidate name, father’s name, mobile number, SSC hall ticket number, Date of birth, year of passing SSC, family annual income, category, local area status, address for correspondence, special category, etc.
5) Upload good quality scanned images of the photograph: less than 50KB in JPG/JPEG format and signature: less than 20KB in JPG/JPEG format.
6) Click on “Preview”, the candidate gets the preview of the application form.
7) Recheck the total application form and click “Confirm” for final submission.
8) On successful submission of the application form, the candidate will receive an SMS on their registered mobile number.
