Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan University Admission Test - SAAT - is a National level online entrance test that will be held at 62 test centres in over 40 major cities across India. This exam is conducted for admissions into different UG and PG programs that are offered by the University Excluding MBBS, BDS, MD/MS & MDS courses. The admissions of MBBS and BDS courses will be based on NEET scores.
As the SAAT exam is conducted for admissions into various PG and UG courses, the SAAT exam syllabus is different for each course. The syllabus for B.Tech /DDE/B.Pharm/B.Sc/Ag.B.Sc Nursing comprises Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology (Botany or Zoology) subjects, which is basically of 10+2 standard. For Engineering (LE), the questions will be shot from Basic Electrical Engineering, Mathematics & Engineering Mechanics.
SAAT question paper will be offline mode and paper-based test (PBT). The language of the question paper will be English. There will be 60 questions from every subject per each hour of the examination. A total of 120 questions will be asked in the M.Tech exam. The question paper of B.Tech will include questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects. All the questions that will appear in the examination are of objective type. Each correct response is followed by 4 marks and one mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.
