One of the best Private university in India. The infrastructure, facilities, campus life and everything is top notch. With location near to the NH, which also have an active bus route, auto stand just outside the campus, and railway station on the opposite side of the NH, location gives access to all almost all modes of transportation. SRM offers wide variety of courses with students from all over the world, they also provide one of the best placement assistance to the students.

Campus Facilities: Infrastructure and facilities that SRM provides to its students are commendable. We free have shuttle bus services from the entrance to every main building inside the campus, we have 2 water coolers on both ends of each floor, SRM Medical College provide medical assistance to students. Checkups are free (with one time registration fees) and we have student discounts on medical tests. We have multiple grounds, facilities, gym and even indoor stadium inside the campus. SRM also have a star hotel just outside the campus where BHM students are also trained. We have department wise canteens, private canteen, saloon, ATM's and even stationary store inside the campus. TP Ganesan Auditorium of SRM is the largest pillar less auditorium in Asia. We have multiple computer labs which can easily hold more than 60 students at a time ( students will get individual systems). SRM also provides free Wi-fi to students which we can access by using the individual credentials provided by the college for each student.

Campus Life: Everyday we had something new and interesting going on inside the campus. Might be some fest by college, events by certain clubs, promotional events by certain brands, marathon, stunt performances, open mic sessions, celebrity appearances for shooting or events, even our canteens are special (private canteen called JAVA) with many private food outlets including subway. The exposure this college gives will make us ready to face anything. With everything happening inside the campus, they make sure to make us feel that we should stay at campus till night. We have beautiful gardens inside and a lake nearby with beautiful scenery. Our college fest called Milan is famous in South India, filled with events, celebrity appearances and concerts by famous national and international artists and the event is sponsored by giants like Red Bull.

Faculty: Curriculum was vast and intense but the faculty was well experience with students coming from non IT backgrounds. They literally started from scratch because the topics will get intense after a while, so thorough knowledge on basics were essential and they make sure of it. Most of them were doing papers for their PhD, so they were more than qualified for the relevant subjects/topics. Sometimes they may explain things a bit more in their mother tongue, but if we find difficulty in following it, just let them know.

Placements: We had placement cell team that assists us through out the placement process. They give training, workshops and classes to brush up and enhance your skills and makes you industry ready for the placement process. We had top MNC's like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, IBM, Deloitte and many other famous companies that came to the college for the placement.

Start Up Incubator: SRM have multiple startup incubators like SHRISTI, The Hatchlab Research Centre, and The Incubation Centre. They provide mentorship, guidance and resources.
