I am proud to say that , IIM Sambalpur have one of the best campus among all IIMs. Each room have AC and proper furniture with three types of lights given to you , washroom facilities are really good. we have sensor in our corridor lights(yes we have technology everywhere in the campus) even we have sensors in our glass doors at the academic block. Weather is uncertain at sambalpur you can expect rain anytime during the month of April to september. professors are great, but if you have problem with any faculty or course structure you can correct it because we have a feedback system in every 45 days. we have visiting faculties from other IIMs like Lucknow, Ahemdabad, Calcutta and many more. Our mess food is really delicious ( you will get sambar everyday with 2 other sabzis) we have a huge sports complex which have separate small halls for gym, billiards , yoga and meditation. we also have a lush green football court , and carpeted tennis court. we have every possible game at our campus. cycles are also available for students , other then this our campus has started boating , because we have a large pond in our campus. other then all of these we have I-HUB which is a incubation center for startups. Our campus consist of a big auditorium , seminar hall , community center , health center, oat, and a helipad as well. Our faculties are amazing specially for marketing and OB. We are the first IIM , who are going to introduce AI based learning in classrooms. We have 25 technical and non-technical clubs and committees for different interests. Seniors are really really helpful , we have small gardens type seating in-front of most of the hostels.

Campus Facilities: Ac rooms, boating on campus , every possible game is played here and have a huge sports complex devoted for that , a big gym as well. huge auditorium for events , a seminar hall. all our classrooms have 2 projectors , 1 screen , we have speakers in our ceiling as well. each and every seat have a charger point. classrooms are beautifully built, camera is everywhere in the classrooms. all the lights in the lobby area have sensors. the greenery is well maintained and beautiful. We have a helipad at our campus, our campus is in 200 acres, and I am proud to say that our campus can be rated 10 out of 10, by anyone. because we have everything.

Campus Life: skies never disappoint at sambalpur , the weather is unpredictable . We are surrounded by small mountains so everything is beautiful. a round of the whole campus is enough for you to take oxygen and feel refreshing. the food is really good. We have a health center as well. all over its really good.

Faculty: Our faculties are really experienced , they are from esteemed B-schools and had experience in very well known industries and ministries. specially the faculties for marketing and organizational behaviour are really really good. you can face some issues for the faculties of finance, but we have a feedback system and guest faculties can be allocated.

Placements: most of the companies visit IIm sambalpur offer you the roles in marketing and sales , and mainly startups visit to our campus, because its a 10 year old baby IIM you can't expect companies like HUL here. I would say its a college for placements in marketing and sales. EY, gartner , adani group, ICIC bank , Vedanta are some big names who visit here for placements and internships.

Campus/Events:

Start Up Incubator: We have I-hub , specially for startups it helps students with their startups ideas , help them financially as well as in terms of expert help. This year our institute have signed MUN with a lot of startups from all over odisha , one startup was from our own college , from the 2023-2025 batch. They provide every possible help in terms of marketing, planning and finance.
