Srm Institute of technology and Sciences Tamilnadu , chennai was established in 1980s. The college is one of the top private Engineering colleges in the state. For every unit, there will be one activity and open book examination and sometimes a project based on that unit too. only 20 % of teaching is done remaining 80% by practical experience and self-learning.The institute has started its 2022 placement drive.
