Online Payment

• Net Banking – Only IDBI account holders are eligible for this mode of payment.
• Credit/Debit Card – Candidates can pay the XAT application fee through Visa/Master Card

Prerequisites for filling XAT Application Form 2025

Following are the mandatory items of information you will need during the XAT 2025 registration and XAT 2025 online application process

1. Educational history
2. Mark sheets (10th /12th/ Degree/Diploma)
3. Work experience, if any
4. Applicable Certificates to upload
5. Scanned images of your passport-size photo and signature. (The photo should not be more than six months old and should have a white background)

Procedure to Fill XAT 2025 Application Form 

• Candidates visit the official web page of XLRI/ XAT 2025.
• Click on the register tab and create a new account by providing your Email ID. In your Email ID, the authorities of XAT 2025 will send you a registration link.
• The applicant has to click on the registration link to create a login ID and password. You have to keep the Login ID and Password which you created very safely.
• In the next step, you will be choosing your examination city from the provided list of cities. This will be happening after you log in to your account in XAT 2025.
• In the fifth step, you have to provide your full name along with uploading of Photograph of your Signature.
• Applicants have to select their citizenship from options like Indian, Foreign and NRI.
• The applicant has to fill in all the preliminary and mandatory details such as Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Parent’s Name, Category and Contact Details.
• Enter the educational qualification details from the 10th standard to the highest degree you have achieved.
• Provide details of work experience starting from the latest job. Candidates applying for the XLRI GMP programme must have a minimum of five years of experience as of May  2025.
• The next step is the fee payment time, you have to pay Rupees 1700/- as a fee for application into XAT 2025 (if you are late for the application fee, then the fee amount will be 2000 rupees which is included with a 400 rupees fine).
• The next step is to pay the fee of Rs. 1700 with Rs. 300 per XLRI programme and Rs. 2000 (in case of a late application with Rs. 500 per XLRI programme) through any of the above-mentioned modes
• After completing the above-given step, you will be completing the process for the XAT 2025 Application Form. You have to take a printout of the application confirmation message.
