Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) are conducted every year for admission to the following undergraduate professional Courses in various Engineering, Pharmaceutical, and Agriculture offered in different Universities, Private unaided and Affiliated Professional Colleges in the State of Telangana.
1) B.Tech - Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech (Agr Engg), B.Tech (Food Science and Technology).
2) B.Sc (Agriculture), B.Sc (Horticulture), Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry, B.F.Sc.
3) B. Pharmacy, Pharma D.
JNTUH (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University), Hyderabad on behalf of Telangana State Council for Higher Education (TG CHE) conduct TG EAPCET every year. TG EAPCET 2025 shall be held from July 2025 separately for Agriculture & Medicine and Engineering. The tentative date of release of TG EAPCET 2025 EXAM RESULTS is during the last week of August 2025 (tentatively).
To download TG EAPCET 2025 RESULTS, candidates need to follow the undermentioned steps:
• Candidates need to visit the official website of JNTUH or EAPCET.tsche.ac.in • To click on the link of “Download the Result of TG EAPCET 2025”• Enter the Hall Ticket Number and Date of birth of the candidate• In the next step, to click on the submit button.• The result of TG EAPCET 2025 RESULTS will be displayed on the screen• Candidates need to download the scorecard and obtain a printout for future reference.
TG EAPCET 2025 score Card shall contain the following information:
• Hall Ticket Number of the candidate• Name of the Candidate• Father’s name• Category to which the candidate belongs to• Local area of the candidate• Combined Score• EAPCET weightage• Group Total• Subject-wise marks• Rank of the candidate• Intermediate percentage
Criteria for tie-breaking (when one or more students score the same marks in TG EAPCET 2025 Results) shall be based on the following rules:• Marks scored in Mathematics subjects in TG EAPCET 2025 will be taken into consideration for placing the candidate at higher merit.
• If the tie-breaking continues, students with higher aggregate marks in their qualifying examination shall be placed higher in the merit list.
• Further continuation of tie-breaking, the age of the students will be taken into consideration. In other words, a candidate whose age is older shall be placed in the higher rank in the merit list among the students of tie-breaking.
TG EAPCET 2025 Merit List will be released soon after the declaration of results on the official website tentatively at the end of August 2025. Merit List will be released separately for each course of TG EAPCET 2025 with positions based on cumulative marks obtained by the candidates. The cumulative marks are calculated with the weights of 75% for the score obtained in the TG EAPCET 2025 and 25% weightage to the subjects in the qualifying examination.
Given multiple sessions of examinations of TG EAPCET 2025, different question papers will be delivered to the students. To ensure that no candidate would get either an advantage or a disadvantage in TG EAPCET 2025, authorities conducting TG EAPCET 2025 carry out normalization of marks to bring all candidates across all sessions on a comparative scale. The criteria for the normalization of marks in TG EAPCET 2025 is furnished below:
Normalized marks of the candidate = GASD+(GTA-CASD)/(STA-SASD) X (marks obtained by the candidate in the subject in a session – SASD)
Where:
SASD = Sum of average (A) and Standard Deviation (SD) of the subject of a session where the candidate appeared.
GASD = Sum of Average (A) and Standard Deviation (SD) of all the candidates across all subject sessions put together
STA = Average marks of the top 0.1% of the candidates in the subjects of a session, where the candidates appeared.
GTA = Average marks of the top 0.1% of all the candidates across all the subject sessions put together.
Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TG SCHE) conducts the counselling process soon after the declaration of TG EAPCET 2025 results. The qualifying percentage shall be 25% of the maximum marks considered for the ranking. For candidates belonging to the categories of SC/ST, no such percentage is applicable. Admission to SC/ST candidates will be limited to the extent of seats reserved for them.
