The MU OET 2025 counseling procedure will start in June 2025. The counselling schedule will be posted on the official website of the university. Applicants are required to be present at the time of counseling. Applicants will be called according to their ranks and asked to choose a seat from available options. Candidates bring the required documents along with the admission fees.

MU OET 2025 Counselling Guidelines:

Candidates should be present physically. If not, the candidate should send another individual along with the authorization letter on the day of MU OET 2025 Counselling.

• The candidate/representative will be allowed in the counseling hall.
• Candidates should fill up the registration form
• Candidates will be called as per their rank in the MU OET 2025 merit list for document verification
• The original documents are to be submitted on the day of orientation
• Selected candidates will be allotted seats in order of their rank in the merit list of MU OET 2025
• The application will be considered invalid if they can't report in the respective reporting venue on time
• The course can’t be changed or modified

MU OET 2025 Documents for Verification:

The candidates should carry original documents along with a set of photocopies. The original documents will be returned after the verification whereas the photocopies of the documents should be submitted to the University.

• E-Hall Ticket (Original)
• 10th standard marks card as proof of date of birth (Original)
• Marks card of 10+2(Original)
• Conduct/Character certificate issued by the School/College (Original)
• Transfer certificate or School/College Leaving Certificate issued by the School/College (Original)
• Fees, as applicable for the program
• Copy of PAN card of the parent
• The Aadhar Card of the candidate
• One set of photocopies of all the above documents
• Two recent and identical passport-size photographs and one stamp-size photograph
• Authorization letter, if a representative is attending on behalf of a candidate

MU OET 2025 Seat allotment:

Seats will be allotted as per the candidate's rank in the MU OET 2025 merit list and their preferences of choice filling. For the admission procedure, the candidates should report at the reporting center on time. The list of allotted candidates will be displayed online. So that the aspirants can keep track on their admission
