AP EDCET 2025 is a common entrance exam for admission into B. Ed regular course conducted by Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati on behalf of Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Hyderabad. AP EDCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
1) Candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
2) Candidate should satisfy the status of local and non-local as per the requirement laid down in AP Educational Institutions Order 1974 Regulation of Admission.
3) Candidates with Degree B.A/B.Sc/B.Sc (Home Science)/B.Com/B.C.A/B.B.M.
4) Candidates with B.E/B. Tech degree with subjects mathematics, physics are also eligible.
5) Candidates who are appearing to the above-mentioned degree are also eligible.
6) Candidates with 50% of marks in the above degrees or in the Master's Degree in relevant subject or 5years integrated course in the relevant subject of methodology or any other qualification equivalent are only eligible. For SC/ST/BC/PH, the percentage of marks is reduced to 40% marks in the qualifying exam.
7) Age Limit: Candidate should have completed 19 years of age on 1st July of the year of notification issued. No maximum age limit.

Candidate with B.A./B.Sc. with Mathematics as one of the group subjects or B.C.A. candidates with Mathematics at intermediate level as a group subject.
B.Tech with Mathematics & Physics
2. Physical Sciences
(Physics and Chemistry)
Candidates with B.Sc. who have studied Physics and Chemistry or Allied Material Sciences under Part-II group subjects or B.C.A. candidates with Physical Sciences (Physics and Chemistry) at intermediate level as group subject.
3. Biological Sciences
(Botany and Zoology)
Candidates with B.Sc./B.Sc.(Home Science) who have studied Botany and Zoology or Allied Life Sciences under Part-II group subjects or BCA.
Candidates with Biological Sciences at intermediate level as group subject.
4. Social Studies
All candidates with B.A./B.Com./B.B.M. or
B.C.A. candidates with Social Sciences at intermediate level as group subject.
5. English
Candidates with B.A Special English or M.A. English
Candidates have to choose any one subject from above given for Part-C as per their eligibility.
