NCHMCT JEE 2025 Counselling Process

NCHMCT 2025 counseling procedure will commence in June 2025. No call letter will be sent to applicants individually. Admission will be done on the basis of merit list i.e. the marks acquired in NCHMCT JEE 2025. There will be 3 rounds of counseling. Counseling involves verification of documents like eligibility criteria, depositing fees,s, etc. After the NCHMCT JEE result declaration, applicants can apply for the counseling/admission process. The applicant needs to deposit INR 1000 as the counseling fee. Seat reservation is specified to SC/ST category candidates only. 

Procedure for counseling:

Register online on the official website, www.nchm.nic.in. The following steps are to be followed for successful counseling:

• Mark choices and lock them
• After locking the choices, applicants will be called for 1st round of seat allotment.
• Seats that will remain empty after 1st round of allotment will be accessible to new allotters.
• Choices will be changed before the beginning of 2nd round of seat allotment if needed.
• After the second round of allotment of seats, applicants will have to register themselves again for a spot round of counseling
• After successful online registration, a minimal amount has to be paid as a fee for Spot Round of Counselling.
• The next step will be to make choices for the spot round after which seats will be allotted under this category.
• Candidates will have to report at the reporting center for authentication of original documents based on which the applicant will be sent to the institute allotted.

Documents Required for Counselling

• All mark sheets/grade reports and certificates, Original of Class X and XII, Transfer Certificate, Leaving Certificate, and Character Certificate from School.
• In case the candidate belongs to SC, ST, or non-creamy layer of OBC categories, an Original caste Certificate as per Central Govt. is required.
• A medical Certificate should be presented if the candidate is Physically Challenged (PC). It should be issued by the Medical Officer of any Government Hospital with a description of the kind and the degree of disability.
• In case the Date of Birth is not mentioned in the Class X Certificate, a Date of Birth (DOB) Certificate is required for the same.
• Original e- Admit Card and counseling letter should also be present with the candidate.
• Three recent and clear passport-size coloured photographs need to be submitted. They should have the candidate's name and date mentioned at the back.
• Domicile certificate.
