Candidates appearing for the IIAD 2024 are required to fulfill certain eligibility criteria that are listed below for both UG and PG courses separately.
For UG courses:
For PG courses:
The registration and application process is conducted in both online and offline mode. This process will begin from 15th August 2023.
For online mode:
Step – 1: Candidates are required to visit the official IIAD website – http://iiad.edu.in and create a profile.
Step – 2: Candidates are then required to register themselves online through the website portal and follow the steps. After registration is done, candidates are then required to fill in the application form.
Step – 3: In the final step, candidates are then required to make the payment of INR 2,500/- for the application form.
For offline mode:
Candidates are required to follow steps 1 and 2 as mentioned in the online mode and make payment for the application form through DD. Once the application form is filled, the candidates are then required to send the application form along with the photocopy of the required documents and the payment slip of the application fee at the premises of the institute.

Candidates appearing for the IIAD 2024 will be able to download their admit cards online by visiting the official website – https://iiad.edu.in/admissions. No admit cards will be sent to the postal address of the candidates.
These admit cards will be available few days prior to the IIAD 2024 exam. All the candidates should go through the details provided in their respective hall tickets/admit cards before appearing in the exam venue.
Candidates must carry their respective admit cards (if appearing for offline mode) along with a valid photo ID proof at the exam centre without which they won’t be allowed to appear for the exam.
The syllabus for IIAD 2024 is divided into two main sections, which include logical reasoning and creative thinking & problem-solving. The exam assesses candidates' abilities in problem-solving, logical reasoning, creative thinking, and cultural awareness.
The logical reasoning section covers topics like numerical series, logical sequences, blood relations, and analytical ability. On the other hand, the creative thinking & problem-solving section includes tasks like picture construction, imaginative stories creation, design awareness, and drawing fundamentals. Candidates preparing for the IIAD 2024 exam should focus on these key areas to excel in the test.
The exam pattern for the IIAD 2024 exam consists of two sections: Logical Reasoning and Creative Thinking & Problem Solving. The exam is designed to test candidates' imagination, creativity, presentation skills, writing skills, logical decision-making power, design, and drawing ability.
The question paper is divided into two sections, each carrying 100 marks, hence 200 marks in total. The test paper includes objective type multiple-choice questions, drawing & sketching, and descriptive answer questions. Candidates are advised to familiarize themselves with the exam pattern to prepare effectively for the IIAD 2024 exam.

However, the admission is completely based on the performances of the student in the IIAD 2024 written exam, studio simulation, and portfolio assessment.
