Introduction

The IIAD 2024 will be conducted on 27^th January and 28^th January 2024. The registration process will begin on 15^th August 2023 which will continue till 6^th December 2023. This exam is conducted by IIAD (the Indian Institute of Arts & Design). IIAD 2024 – Eligibility Criteria

Candidates appearing for the IIAD 2024 are required to fulfill certain eligibility criteria that are listed below for both UG and PG courses separately.

For UG courses:

• Candidates must have qualified their 10+2 level with a minimum aggregate of 50% with an intermediate or equivalent in any stream (Science, Commerce, Humanities/ Arts).
• Candidates from CBSE/ ISC/ State/ IB or any other equivalent Indian or International Higher Secondary Board are eligible.
• Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam are also eligible.

For PG courses:

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in any stream or discipline from any recognized university/ institute will be eligible to apply.
• A valid score in the IDAT-IIAD exam.
• Candidates appearing in the final year of graduation in 2024 are also eligible to apply for the exam.

IIAD 2024 – Registration/Application Process

The registration and application process is conducted in both online and offline mode. This process will begin from 15^th August 2023.

For online mode:

Step – 1: Candidates are required to visit the official IIAD website – http://iiad.edu.in and create a profile.

Step – 2: Candidates are then required to register themselves online through the website portal and follow the steps. After registration is done, candidates are then required to fill in the application form.

Step – 3: In the final step, candidates are then required to make the payment of INR 2,500/- for the application form.

For offline mode:

Candidates are required to follow steps 1 and 2 as mentioned in the online mode and make payment for the application form through DD. Once the application form is filled, the candidates are then required to send the application form along with the photocopy of the required documents and the payment slip of the application fee at the premises of the institute.

IIAD 2024 – Availing of Admit Card

Candidates appearing for the IIAD 2024 will be able to download their admit cards online by visiting the official website – https://iiad.edu.in/admissions. No admit cards will be sent to the postal address of the candidates.

These admit cards will be available few days prior to the IIAD 2024 exam. All the candidates should go through the details provided in their respective hall tickets/admit cards before appearing in the exam venue.

Candidates must carry their respective admit cards (if appearing for offline mode) along with a valid photo ID proof at the exam centre without which they won’t be allowed to appear for the exam.

IIAD 2024 – Syllabus

The syllabus for IIAD 2024 is divided into two main sections, which include logical reasoning and creative thinking & problem-solving. The exam assesses candidates' abilities in problem-solving, logical reasoning, creative thinking, and cultural awareness.

IIAD 2024 – Exam Pattern

The question paper is divided into two sections, each carrying 100 marks, hence 200 marks in total.
