Doesn't Recommend this college
The college stands in the midst of the Ghaziabad-Meerut Highway, in an ecosystem where the AQI is probably not the greatest. However, the college itself is an epitome of skills, culture and epiphanies that fail to reach other colleges just because of its reputation. The culture to code, the culture to engineer, the culture for arts, is all that has been built from zero, by previous students who have ever studied here. But the newer generation holds the college back, and so does the faculty in some sense. It feels like the managers, don't want ABES to spread and lie comfortably as an institution, because of numerous policies for the clubs, and events, the culture has shifted from being a balanced plethora of "whatever you can think of" skills to just "Industry Standards" for placements and even there students aren't able to do well. Only if they understood, that chains are not the way you control monsters. Love and care is.

Campus Facilities: The campus, being on the smaller size, does not pipe down on infrastructure. I personally love the architecture and the design of the buildings, however the labs feel a bit outdated. The classrooms are comfortable, and well conditioned but in the summers, it gets a little too heavy since the vents aren't always working. Electricity is always a huge problem at that time of the year, and the class is filled with the smell of sweat. There are 3 or 4 canteens that function even beyond college hours simultaneously (2 functioning even on weekends) and the food they offer is above average I would say, it is enjoyable.
Campus Life: I am currently in the second year of the college, my 3rd semester and the only college events I have experienced till now have all been Club Affiliated. However, recently for the hostellers, A Diwali Fest and A New Year Fest was organized where dance and performances too were showcased and they were both highly enjoyable experiences because you would just want to be with your friends to hangout and dance with during that time of the year.
Faculty: The faculty here is a mixed packet of dry fruits. There's some you're going to like, some you wish you never picked on and some you're going to never forget till you're married and beyond. The faculty is experienced, and it shows in their knowledge of the subject but a few among them, is wise in the sense that it shows when you're going to them for advice. They care and they genuinely would want you to succeed, but then again they're rare to find and there's a chance that you might not even find them if you're in the Mechanical or the Electronics Branch.
Placements: Internships are something that are highly advertised in the college, on official groups, on mails, as adverts pasted on trees in-front of the juice corner. And it feels like the college really wants you to earn money and to get a job, anywhere, starting as an intern even, but a job is appreciated so they do their best to teach you all there is about the most asked questions in the interviews. The industry tie-ups is a vast advantage they have, since more than 15 communities or fully-fledged brands come with their internships on board. About actual placements however, the percentages fell low along with the fall of last year's winter. From what I heard, the core branch could only have 30-40% students placed in companies with a median package of just 4-4.5 LPA. TCS, Accenture, Synopsys, Wipro are companies that are regular visitors of our college and most often mass-recruit from here. Microsoft and Adobe have also recruited the highest packages from our college ranging from 40 to 80 LPA.
Salary Package: 4 - 6 Lakhs
Start Up Incubator: Yes, our college has an Incubation Cell which is mainly associated with the club E-Cell, which I would say is one of the most successful clubs of our college. Their involvement in the national and international Incubation and Entrepreneurship Challenges is insane and they always bag a great rank in the standings. The cell on its own has 3-D printers and what-not using which they have built numerous drones and Go-Karts too in the past which is amazing. We see drones flying in the ground regularly, I mean how cool is that. They invest a lot in good startups as well, and support entrepreneur growth here. They really want you to do something of your own, anything to get money basically so I think thats good.
