My overall experience at the college is pretty good as the college is quite good and has lots of facilities. I chose this college over other colleges because of the affordability of the course compared to other colleges and this college stands as the top most college of Jharkhand since 1949.

Campus Facilities: My college was established in 1949. It is one of the oldest colleges in India and it has a very large academy block, a library building, and lots of departments. It also has a TAP cell which helps in the placements. We have a nice cafe stall cafeteria and a research building which is going to be inaugurated this year

Campus Life: Campus life is average like in the other government colleges but we do get fest every semester so pretty much exiting for the participants and the audience , the greenery here sure helps me calm my anxiety due to studies

Faculty: So, the faculty members of this college are pretty good as they are graduates from IITs and NITs. They make us study by giving us different tasks. Some teachers have a very good style of teaching as they are trained professionals from IITs, while some teachers are in the learning phase so they still have a long way to go.

Placements: We do get internship in our 4th and 6th semester certainly it helps us a lot understanding about industry, this year we got about 460+ offers in the campus but our college sure has a long road ahead.companies like samsung , TCS , Wipro, adani, tata steels,etc are our main recruiters.

Campus/Events:

Start Up Incubator: Yes we do have it and this year we started making electric cycle here which increases affordability for e-bikes in Jharkhand

Safety Measures: Anti-Ragging Cell, Anti-Drugs Cell
