Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya (Dev Sanskriti, or simply "DSVV") is a university in India that is situated in the state of Uttarakhand at Shantikunj, close to the city of Haridwar. Kulmata, Bhagwati Devi Sharma (1926-1994), who first recognized the divine samskaras (spiritual vibrations) of this location, planted the seeds for the Dev Sanskriti University.  It is a residential university that was established in 2002 by an act of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly.

It offers a variety of degree, diploma, and certificate programs in subjects like clinical psychology, yogic science, alternative therapy, Indian culture, tourism, rural management, theology, spiritual counselling, etc. It is operated by the Shri Vedmata Gayatri Trust in Shantikunj, Haridwar (the headquarters of All World Gayatri Pariwar). Also, it offers distance learning courses.

It is recognized by the University Grant Commission has acknowledged its authority to grant degrees. NAAC has also accredited it. The fact that Jeevandani (Life Donors) and Samaydani (Time Donors) karyakartas (Volunteers) serve as faculty and staff is considered a distinctive aspect of the university. Better learning and teaching can be achieved with an effective infrastructure. Understanding the expectations of the current as well as those of the students is essential. As a result, the Dev Sanskriti Vidyalaya has administrative, athletic, and educational facilities. The campus is enormous. The campus has a total area of 75.37 acres. The university also has some of the following noteworthy qualities.

Library- A sizable library is available in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya. There are six floors in the library. A massive collection of 40,000 books can be found inside the library. Thousands of national and international journals are also housed there. Reading rooms are also included in the library.

Laboratory- A computer lab, a journalism and mass communication lab, and an automation lab are all located inside the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya. Labs are also furnished with the newest equipment and technology.

Hostel- Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar provides a separate lodging facility for both boys and girls. These four hostels. They can house up to 600 guests at one time. In addition, the rooms at the hostel are nicely furnished.

The university has a residence space for faculty members as well.

 Auditorium- For many of the events, the auditorium acts as the setting. Three auditoriums are available at the Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalya. The largest has a sound system and a projector.

Mess and canteen- The DSVV, Haridwar offer a canteen and mess that can meet all of the students' food needs. The mess is also known as "Ma anandayi Bhojanalaya." The mess features a sizable dining area as well. Yet the mess only offers vegetarian meals.

Health facilities- Dev Sanskriti  Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar offers access to a hospital with a range of disciplines. The institution offers its medical treatments without no charge at all.
