To get admission to Acharya Institute of Technology, The eligibility criteria for different courses may vary. Candidates applying for UG Programme must have completed a 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 45% to 60%. Post Basic B.Sc in Nursing	Science	-	A candidate seeking admission must: Hold a diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM). Be a registered nurse. Have passed pre-university examination in Arts / Science / Commerce conducted by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka State or its equivalent recognized by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences.
M.Sc Nursing	Science	-	Pass in B.Sc Nursing Basic / B.Sc Honors in Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc in Nursing / Post Certificate B.Sc Nursing from any recognised University / Board or Council recognised as equivalent by RGUHS and approved by AIU (Association of Indian Universities) with not less than 50% of the maximum marks. Candidates should be Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife and must have a minimum of one year working experience.
B.Sc	Science	-	The minimum age to join this course is 18 years. There is no upper age limit for the course specification. Students who have cleared their S.S.C program and Intermediate as (10+2) with 55% marks can apply for this program with the background of science subjects.
M.Sc.	Science	-	A candidate must have passed B.Sc. degree with Physics & Mathematics as any two of three cognate subjects and has scored minimum 50% marks in aggregate in optional subjects.

MSW	Arts	-	Any Bachelor’s degree with aggregate of 45% in all the subjects including languages is eligible to apply. Acharya is a good institute. I have spend 3 precious years here. The campus is just outstanding spread in 120 Acre, the faculties in my department and the facilities provided there are great. The area is calm, far from the city and kind off peaceful in nature.
