It is the management division of the autonomous St. Albert's College, which is owned and run by the Verapoly Archdiocese and has an illustrious century-long history in the fields of social services and education.
The College holds ISO 9001-2008 certification from TUV Rheinland and NAAC accreditation with an "A" grade. recognized by the AICTE in New Delhi and associated with Mahatma Gandhi University in Kerala. AIM provides a full-time Master of Business Administration (MBA) program that establishes the foundation for a conceptual and analytically rich knowledge of Indian and global business.

Library: The library is home to an extensive collection of books, including standard textbooks, management classics, contemporary works, reference volumes, and rare books. Hostel- Boys can stay in hostels on campus, while girls can stay in separate, supervised hostels off campus. Modern auxiliary infrastructure is being constructed for AIM's current residential and extracurricular facilities in anticipation of future enrollment.
