Established in 1957, the Thiagarajar College of Engineering (TCE) in Madurai was established by the late Shri Karumuttu Thiagarajan Chettiar. The college is affiliated to Anna University. It has received AICTE approval and NAAC accreditation. Numerous courses are available at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate levels at the college. B.E/B. Tech, B.Arch, M.E/M.Tech, M.S., M.Sc., M.C.A., and numerous other courses are offered by TCE Madurai.
With 4300 students, 200 administrative and support workers, and roughly 219 faculty members, TCE is a self-sustaining educational institution over 143 acres. The campus is surrounded by lush greenery and the best infrastructure features in a tranquil, environmentally friendly setting.
