Hostel- The seven hostels for boys on campus are called Dheeran Men's Hostel, Valluvar Men's Hostel, Ilango Men's Hostel, Bharathi Men's Hostel, Kamban Men's Hostel, Poonar Men's Hostel, and Sankar Men's Hostel. Students can find basic amenities at the hostels. Kaveri Ladies Hostel, Amaravathi Ladies Hostel, and Bhavani Ladies Hostel are the three female-only hostels located within the campus. The hostels at KEC Erode provide guests with a cozy stay. 

Medical Facility- Kongu Engineering College offers medical assistance to its instructors, staff, and students through its dispensary. Two licensed physicians work at the dispensary.

Sports- Sports facilities at Kongu Engineering College include an indoor stadium with badminton courts, a basketball court, and a volleyball court playground. Sports competitions are held by the college's Physical Education Department.
