The Government of Jharkhand established Capital University in Kodarma, Jharkhand, in 2018 in accordance with Section 2(f) of the UGC Act 1956. This university proposed 32 acres of land in a pollution-free, lushly green, and environment-friendly location, surrounded by hills.
The government of Jharkhand, AICTE, PCI, BCI, ICAR, and the AIU all recognize Capital University. The University is a nonprofit, globally-minded institution that offers various courses and degrees in fields like- Social Science & Humanities, Computer Science, Allied Science, Engineering & Technology, Law, Yoga & Naturopathy, Agriculture & Commerce and Management.
