Chhabria, the founder and chairman of the Finolex Group of Companies, founded the International Institute of Information Technology (I²IT), Pune, which is pronounced as I Square IT. The Institute, a top-tier institution offering top-notch instruction in engineering and technology, has worked hard to address the expanding demands of business. Located on ten acres of land, this institute prepares students to take on challenges in engineering, information technology, and other specialized fields. 

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, has approved IIIT as an Undergraduate Engineering Institute. The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), the Maharashtra government, has recognized IIIT, which is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and offers four years of full-time B.E. courses in computer engineering, information technology, electronics, and telecommunication with approximately 800+ students on campus.

The International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) campus in Maharashtra offers state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities to support academic and research activities. 

Hostel- There are separate hostels for boys and girls at the institute. To meet the accommodation requirements of girl students, the girl's hostel has been assigned 300 beds, and the boys' hostels have been assigned 580 beds. The comfortable hostel rooms are equipped with all the necessities and are available for use on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Library- The ultimate goal of the college's academic library is to provide the primary information sources and services to meet the information demands of its constituents, including teachers, students, research researchers, and support personnel. The IIIT library has a vast collection of reference books and more than 10,300 texts.
